After listening to a few episodes of their podcasts, it's easy to see why they make a good couple. Andy's a funny guy and can make Sharleen laugh so easily. I love it because the thing that attracted me most to my husband in the beginning was his sense of humor. They're also both really smart people and are adorable together.

I was listening to the Dear Shandy podcast from Tuesday's show and Sharleen mentioned that they requested to get Thomas Jacobs on their show but were turned down. She said that it's because they're not associated with the show and aren't one of their official podcasts. That doesn't seem right that they can't get Thomas who isn't on this season. I guess I could see them not getting Becca since she is on their official podcast.

@albean99 Is it a contract issue or does Thomas have an agent who decides when and where he will speak and appear?

@Norcalgal that's what I thought, it was a contract issue. I don't remember, are contestants under contract for one year? If so Katie's season aired Jun/21 so maybe he has to wait one year?

Who would ever turn down Sharleen and Andy, that's insane. jmo

Basically they don't have to tow the party line and could ask some awkward questions...unlike the seemingly gazillion mouth pieces for the show.

@Sprite that makes total sense.

I don’t think Sharleen is very popular with TPTB. She constantly points out things like frankenbiting and explains how contestants are manipulated to behave a certain way. They are really sensitive to being exposed like that.
 
I would not be surprised if Sharleen is more or less blacklisted, just like Chatty Broads. People that are under contract will not be allowed to go on those podcasts.
