Sharleen Joynt & Andy Levine - Bachelor 18 - Discussion

Why is this stuff in Sharleen's thread? Shouldn't someone move it to the Bachelorette threads? There is only the vaguest allusion to Sharleen in the last few pages.

I'm not going to move two pages of posts into the bachelorette thread. If any one wants to further discuss any of the posts, move them over.

Sharleen is unimpressed with the two bachelorette move  I think she probably looks at this crazy show and is amazed that she ever did it and is pleasantly surprised by the good friends she gets out of it.

I agree w/your assessment of Sharleen. She is very level-headed person. I like her take on this show, and her viewpoints typically mimic mine. I also like how she's friends with who she wants to be friends with and just doesn't take sides of an issue just because she is friends w/someone. For example, I just love that she can be friends w/both Nick and Andi. I find that very refreshing in this franchise because is seems like many contestants from this show just take sides depending on who they're friends with. It's a very mature approach, and it says a lot about her character.

Yes you are correct Nick was in New York last week and met up with Sharleen.  It is so great to see the two of them together being friends. That is what I like about Sharleen she is so grounded that she does not take sides and is not part of the Mean Girls club. Just enjoys being with her friends and having fun.

I am always really surprised that she is such good friends with Andi, Nikki, and Kelly because they all just like SUCH mean girls. Sharleen has constantly spoken well about people that they don't like (Clare, Nick, for example) and they seem like the type of people who would hold that against her.

Sharleen seems to have the gift of taking people as they are, and also gravitating towards the smartest, most interesting people in a room - even if not the nicest. People tend to take people like her exactly as they are, without questioning their choices.

Well Sharleen is a friend of hers too, and she's well liked here. What a conundrum .

I found Ashley's comments to be very insecure about herself. Another indication of her trying to be someone else. Nothing wrong with just being yourself Ashley!
