She looks happy in all of them but tired since post-finale...I guess I can buy the theory that its from all the hours of marathon sex she and Chris must be having but they seem awful busy so who knows! LOL.

I can't tell a difference, there are a couple of really happy, relaxed looking pictures in each row. I think she looks really pretty in the picture on the top row to the left of the baby picture, wearing a white shirt.

i just simply think she is happy before filming, really happy post- filming, and super extremely happy post-finale, with a distinct GLOW that she never sported before.

Speaking of marathon sex... and she did tell Chris he was quite "athletic" in Barcelona...

...which shots in the middle row were after a recent trip to the "safe house"? I am guessing that four shots in the middle were during long stretches between nooky times.

We now know she sleeps with the shades on in the car... and she's got them on her head on the end photos.

She seemed pretty happy in her showtime interviews, if sometimes tired because of the kinds of questions she wasn't sure how to answer. The interview when she looked particularly perky was Jimmy Kimmel's. There's no doubt in my mind that was after "safe house" time.

It is now obvious to many of us that Jimmy is informed by production who the real F1 is regardless of the spoilers out there. He knows when he can tease them and when not. With Emily, he was probably told to not include Chris B. in his "top four" since the two may have disliked each other post show, so Ryan Bowers was included with Sean, Arie and Jef and she simply said he made "good choices" (can't remember exact words). He also knew Sean would put on his Poker Face regardless if he chose Catherine as F1 or not. Now... he teased Ashley about JP after episode 6 and a lot of Bentley talk (I think), but not before. He never discussed Roberto with Ali, keeping all of the talk focused on Frank that season (and questioning if he wears prescription glasses).

With Desiree, he asked her if if there's a Duraflame log burning inside her, which got her even more giggly and blushy. Then... a very coy Kimmel lets her peek at Chris' photo as he starts to hold it up, but then goes through his speech "This is Chris. I see his favorite snack is almonds. He's out!" so she had no choice but to laugh. When he says he knows who her final three will be, she instantly cocks her head in disbelief and later shakes her head "no" as Drew, Mike and Brooks get called out. I think she would have given the store away had he picked Chris in the end.

BTW... Is it my imagination or did Drew and Brooks list their shoe size as 11.5 and Chris at 12, but Mike 14? Not sure if the district attorney was being honest with us.

Now... with Katie Couric, she seemed more sedated. I am guessing that was after a ten day or more "stretch"...

I think the interview on the local Seattle station was after a little fun in the elevator on the way up.  j/k :whistle: 

She looks happy in all of them. Maybe a slightly more relaxed grin on the bottom row, but she's probably glad the interviews and stuff are over.

Thanks to all who have offered up their opinions. I do think that Des is happy in all the pictures (and, agreed, she is beautiful)...and, obviously, she's posing for a picture...so she's smiling in them all.

The difference I see is mostly in the eyes. I don't know if I can put my finger on it exactly, but it's got something to do with her eyes...that's what is grabbing my attention. Could it be that old expression...that "her smile reaches her eyes" in the bottom two rows more than in the first one?  

I do think her smile reaches her eyes in the baby photo though...that's why I included that one to compare. And, honestly, who doesn't smile like that when they're holding a little one?

Anyway, thanks for indulging me in my little experiment!

Let's compare chest hair...  Which happened first? Top (LCD) or bottom (FD)? If his poem has the right date, my theory is the FD came after the LCD/MTP. If you have a minute, look at it on youtube. Did I catch Chris looking at her top in that 2nd one?

I'd say he was looking at her top. It seems to be automatic with most men to look at a woman's top and other areas. They can't help themselves especially if it's someone they like or in this case love.

Did any of you watch the Andy and Tessa season? I know that they broke up but I was rewatching their season for lack of better to do and all I can say is that Poor Andy he really was into Tessa early on. She wanted to leave but he did everything so she'll stay. It's a shame that they broke up.

It looks like our lovebirds are just settling in and enjoying Seattle. Has anyone bought Diamonds and Hearts paperback?

you know i am with you, Grace...the so-called on screen FD is actually a date, or may i say, a "Filler FD" that took place after the on-screen LCD. i wish we could gather more timing evidence to support this theory, and get more opinions from the expert/vet posters here as well

hi Pia!!.. ...i adored Tessa.. i think she is one of rare gem that ever step into this silly show. Too bad that -- at least to me-- Andy was/is not so serious to settle and build a family. He had lost a really great girl in Tessa, IMO.
