You don't usually follow people on Twitter if you have an issue with them.

So, putting this into context of how the show may play out:

1. Drew knew about Brooks and possibly knew Desiree still had a thing for him or that he came back. He also knows who the other finalist would be. Therefore, he follows neither Brooks or Chris. I think that's a sign he's the F3.

2. Chris may not know about Brooks coming back or how she feels about him after her initial explanation to them. He thinks Brooks is gone, so no hard feelings towards Brooks, so he follows him; but he doesn't follow the person whom he thinks won: Drew. This proves he's the F2.

3. Brooks has no hard feelings towards either of them which means either he left and didn't come back and has nobody but himself to blame, or he came back and is rejected, but he knows he only has himself to blame; or he wins. Most likely he's the F1.

No, they do not list their cast based on previews.  IMBd says the production company gives them a copy of casting immediately after production ends.  So, you can take away from that:

A.)  Production knew the very moment filming ended, that they were going to dupe the viewing audience and purposely leave out Brooks name on the cast list (which is apparently not allowed according to IMBd.)

B.)  Brooks does not return.
