This is the first that there's nothing about the final like NOTHING, no MTP pics, no FRC dress nor Des standing in her spot waiting for the one to accept or reject, nothing, nothing, you have to wonder why ?

They could go really wonky and START the episode with Brooks agonizing some more and coming to his decision.

Starting with CH talking to Desiree wouldn't be very shocking since we've seen previews of that all season.

Please, this is MF & Co.  We knew Brooks was the one breaking up with Desiree.

My guess is that within one minute they show Brooks questioning his decision and coming to the realization that he loves Des.

I wasn't thinking Brooks returns to Des within the first minute but it could  be shown he didn't really leave the island yet. Surprise!

He didn't even leave his hotel.  The limo he got into was at the Verandah to his hotel.

The first minute is of her talking to CH before the RC. It has the be the day after Brooks left because their date was supposed to be an overnight date. So, the next day, it is apparent he hasn't returned because she is still upset by it. I don't think the surprise is Brooks returning.

This is what CH said where the episode starts with

It was brutal to watch and guessing even more brutal to witness in person. What happened next?

We let her sit alone for 15 minutes on the pier to decompress and then I did go out there. We had another chat at her house after giving her time to pull herself together, which is where we'll pick up [in part two].

How is it a surprise she continues?  That's not surprising.

See, I told you that preview was the People one.

I don't see any disclosures like that on their website.  The site is there to store information about film and TV. They only list information given to them.
