How is talking who WINS about a proposal? Again, maybe he didn't know the outcome. Maybe he only met Chris and Drew and she didn't tell him or maybe he is lying, but he said RS is wrong about who wins.

He didn't say, "RS is wrong about who wins."

That's why he said it in a DM and he doesn't say who the winner is. We will just have to agree to disagree on his meaning there.

Spotify is an online streaming music system.  You don't download anything.  You have access to tons and tons of music through an internet connection.
So you would have to purchase internet to listen to it on the plane.

But the other thing is that it's not like if you see him listening to something on your spotify screen he is necessarily listening to it right that second.
