I remember hearing it in a recent preview and thinking it was brooks.

It's not Chris nor Drew saying it and Brooks has a accent on certain words that are noticeable.

The first words "I'm as in love..." sounds exactly like Brooks but then "as I've ever been" sounds like Chris or Drew to be honest.

. Desiree already said numerous times she is in love with Brooks...she cried to him she didn't want him to steal her heart ; she wanted to give it to him. She said he was the only one she cold say she loved...she cried a river...Brooks cried a river..and just the way they are so alike is uncanny. I don't see her with anyone else. Brooks loves that girl IMO...but we shall see.

I agree, especially the "been" ... weird accent?
