True...but some of us are like that friend that she has who could foresee problems with her decision, because she's blind,oblivious, and unrealistic.
She fell in love in a couple of dates, one of which was one-sided (the Cloud date), and is making a life decision with someone who may or may NOT lover her.

Which Brooks has she chosen, the one who truly loves her, or the indecisive one, whose actions can come back and haunt her?....crumbs of love.
She knows she's being judged, and denial is happiness, because she's helplessly infatuated.

I have got a question. The FD with Brooks was supposed to have been the two of them taking a catamaran to Antigua's Bird Island. So, since Brooks declined that date, will they just give that date to one of the other two remaining men?

Is that the LCD for Chris, since there are SCs that seem to indicate that Chris did get a LCD?

Let's not forget that Desiree is under contract, they are in the home stretch of months planning, traveling and spending buttloads of money.  Does anyone really think they would just let her up and go home?  

And once she told Brooks she was in love with him and that she didn't open her heart to anyone else all season because she was saving it for him, was there even an option of default F1?

Sorry, I know I am not a romantic here, but this season really takes the cake for the unbelievable IMO.

Totally agree with the bolded.  Yes it would be kinder if she let Drew and Chris go at the F3 rose ceremony, but I think that would cost her.  Literally, I'm guessing that she has a big $ number incentive (threat?) to get to a final choice, and maybe even to garner a couple proposals.  Without the support of family and friends, I wouldn't have been able to make that kind of choice at her age.  Heck, at 41, I'd have a tough time.  

I also think that there may have been PLENTY of past seasons where the lead told one of the contestants that he / she loved them.  When did Ashley say it?  My guess was before she had stopped making out with some of the other guys, and I don't fault her for it at all.  But there was no STORY reason to include it.  When the producers included it from Brad, it was because the central conflict was whether or not Emily could trust him to be a step-father (gag). When the producers included it from Captain Douchenozzle Andy, it was because he'd said it to both of his F2 (double gag).  Now, I think the producers included the admission from Des because that is literally the only conflict left in the story.  It's not a question of who she's going to pick, it's a question of if she's going to get the only guy she wants.  I can't see it ending any way other than with Brooks since that's the only slightly "happy" resolution to that conflict.

I will say that I'm only halfway paying attention to this season.  It was so bland to me that I actually would flip to it during commercials of Days of Our Lives on Soapnet.  Days of Our Freakin' Lives was more compelling and realistic television.  But, I did catch up a bit yesterday and finally saw the episode in Berlin in its entirety.  That Brayden break-up in the middle of Chris' date was so weird.  It looked like Chris and Des were EXHAUSTED from dancing; like they'd been told to keep dancing until the camera crew broke it up.  She keeps looking up and away from Chris for something.  "Can I stop dancing now?"  And you know that the producers made Brayden do it then.  Why?  My guess is because it was foreshadowing something with Chris and Brooks at the end.  He also is uniquely aware of how different her reaction is to Brooks leaving early.  It's just weird.

Anyway, I keep waiting for one of you mad screencap, editing, story board geniuses to tell me what happens.  Because, seriously, I have to watch this schlock to actually find out?  Well played, Fleissmeister, well played.

I'm in the car. I just listened to Jason and Molly's podcast. It was #11. All about reality TV. it was a different one from the one I had listened to. All a out frankenbiting and being coerced into saying things you don't want and. Really a good listen!! You can find it thru Molly's twitter.

Well remember they threatened Molly that she'd be let go if she didn't say something about her tongue or something. So, she was forced to say a cheesy line. Sounds like a form of extortion

I think they may have gotten that wrong because it goes to the article about them announcing the Bachelor at the ATFR.
