Brooks was downtown but I could not figure out where the pic was located. I was downtown. Grrr.

I am willing to bet that if they didn't have this upcoming Bres meltdown to milk (most likely at least half orchestrated by TPTB, we would have never seen the TWO consecutive "I love Brooks" conversations btw Des and CH. I mean they still happened but would be edited out. It would be the usual hide the F1 type edit. I think the reason the show went all out showing that (which has never been done before) is because they knew they had this coming up that they could use to sway the crowd into thinking, oh shoot, it isn't Brooks afterall and then at the end, though it was the obvious choice all season, they can still feel like they shocked everyone at the end with Bres as the couple.

Where the freak was this? I saw it posted while I was at Liberty Park and was trying to figure it out (so we could go find him). I try to enlarge the words, but other than villages, no dice. So close, yet so far away. Upset

I'm almost tempted to ask his sister-in-law to set up a meeting with me and Brooks (and my hub), for a poor ex-SLCer who really wants to meet him and soon has to go back to KC.

Been a lurker for a few years, love all the work you all do! I just couldn't help reply to canyonvue, because I live next to one of these stores--looks like it's a new opening of "Ten Thousand Villages," it's the same logo/font. Hope that helps you figure out where he was!

I bet you, if it's Brooks that Des chooses, he is so excited for the next two weeks to be up, when they can finally come out of hiding!

The moment the words fell out of Brooks' brother's mouth, I knew we had our ending. This was all a set up of the master plan from early on, making it look like Brooks was dragging behind and unwilling to commit. Good thoughts, ATEM, on Brooks' reaction as Zak was being walked out. I think Chris said something like, " he looked shocked" and Brooks replied, " I don't think he saw it coming" which might have set the wheels in motion in his head. I remember questioning why they left that little exchange in, but this might shed some light on it.

This is not going to be the usual ending that we have come to know and love. This is not the typical season that we have seen so far with the Lead declaring their chosen so early on. So I don't think the old rules (as we know them) apply.

It's either Brooks or she walks away alone. And we know she doesn't walk away alone. There is no way they can convince me that she suddenly fell more deeply in love with Chris or Drew than she was with Brooks in just a few days time. Or that it was really Chris or Drew all the time, and she just didn't realize it.

It was so hard when I watched the HTD and that convo with the brothers because I watch with unspoiled friends and I am pretending I have no clue either lol but when they showed that whole back and forth exchange btw Des/Mom, Brooks/Bros, Brooks Sis I wanted to just scream "AH HA!"

With that information I figured out where Brooks was tonight in that pic. He was near the City Creek Center. I was at Maxwell's.

You know what kills me? . . . I was on the same street as Brooks tonight and at the same time and only about 2 1/2 blocks away. Okay, now I'll go cry in my soup.

What kills me the most is that I seriously considered going down to City Creek tonight.
