They probably hung out Friday. Michael would have been in CA shooting MTA filming the day the cruise left Miami.

. you guys are so gloom and doom lately. i totally thought that is what you were implying. brooks works for fit marketing and my bet is this company is a client. or, something like that. it does look like work though so take that off your list stat.
How does it look like work versus just meeting the couple while they were on the cruise?? It could easily be for EITHER of those reasons for sure. Fun vs work...hmm

The couple on the cruise was for a work related opportunity - see the guys t-shirt for Genesis Plus. That's the reason for the speculation.

I know I am the damper on your guy's Brooks parade, but heck. Hadn't you spent time in an evening in a group situation with someone and thought "he/she seems like a great guy/gal"? I know that cruises are notorious for putting groups of people together that wouldn't normally hang out together on various dining/entertainment tables. Just a thought.

Per my last note, that couple was with Genesis Plus group who organized their part of the cruise...they may have their own special activities as a part of that event which is why it was speculated that Brooks was with them. But yes, they could have met him while mingling too.

Maybe that is how Brooks heard of all the twists and turns is by listening to Des's interview and it may of had nothing to do with him being there in the end??????????

Hmm, considering Des was on the "grid" before and during the time Brooks was off of it, it likely wasn't her.

I guess I just don't assume things like that since when my husband worked for a division of the Ford motor company(repair division), he'd wear shirts advertising his company EVERYWHERE we went. Therefore I just don't assume that since someone is wearing a company tshirt it means that he was doing something for work.

I guess I missed that part somehow with regards to Genesis organizing part of the cruise. I just thought they mentioned being on the cruise and it was assumed that it was a business cruise without proof. If there is proof, I guess I missed it. Could you show me again, pls? Thanks.

Just thinking here...is it possible that Brooks was the F1, but Des changed her mind? Remember a while back there was a tweet about this season having Mesnicks... Most people thought it was due to all the crying the men are doing, but could it be a switcharoo after filming ends. I also keep thinking about the "what I thought I wanted vs what I needed" by Des. She wanted Brooks all season, but after filming, she then realized she needed someone stable, like Chris.

I admittedly may be way off, but some of Brooks' actions are starting to make me wonder, as well. Since Brooks was with his family, then with Michael, then on the cruise, do we have any idea of how many days here recently that we are sure he wasn't with Des. My fear is that all these verified days away from Des are really starting to add up!

I think what Des wanted was the perfect fairytale journey to love and marriage which Drew and Chris were willing to just jump into but she fell in love with Brooks, the guy who was more cautious and willing to think things through and not just throw around such strong words so casually. Des wanted the perfect fairytale journey but ultimately needed to follow her heart to the man she was in love with, even if it meant enduring the rough times and uncertainty, the ups and downs. Chris/Drew are the safe choice, she likes them well enough and they will drop everything apparently and marry her on the spot. Of course then she would be settling and according to her own words, she does not settle.
