I am sorry, I don't understand what was so bad about what that guy said about Brooks??? I am sure some have said worse about other contestants on this show so really don't understand the big deal, unless it is just because it is Brooks involved.

You guys seeing whats been going on in the Chris thread? Chris and Elan were in SEA filming something all day yesterday around different hot spots in town and handing out roses to women...too soon for Bach but lots of speculation that it could be something to show Des what happens if/when she moves there. Its weird but I can't see them making a dumpee go through hoops like this....

Besides the PR is already teeing up the "will she move?" scenario which Des has said she would in every interview so it really one big nothing storyline. But it makes sense that if she moving there he is showing her what she will have to look forward to?! The only I don't get is why the roses? Would life in SEA include him giving roses to other women? giggling

^^^nah, the only folks on these shows who hand out roses are the leads. just sayin'. also, with how tight-lipped they are no way would the F1 be doing some on camera city tour for des before the end of the show.

*holds out a hand for sfrank to get back on the des & brooks wagon.*

guys, they are going to throw everything at us until aug. 5th to make it look like brooks is not F1. do not fall for it!

It is probably because Chris is a candidate to be next bachelor they did the same thing with Sean

Was it before the finale aired? Plus he went at F3 so he wasn't still in the mix for F1

I am not sure if it was before or not but they did go to Sean hometown to film stuff for being the bachelor.and since they were having Chris give out roses I believechris will be the next bachelor

someone mentioned in the last day or two that sean's sister shay said sean was picked as the bachelor last july. even after that, tptb were still acting like they were trying to figure out who the public wanted for the next lead. so yeah, chris is probably the next bachelor.

^^ But Sean didn't start filming stuff until Sept.

It's seems very strange that they would be filming so openly with a Bachelor who is still in play on The Bachelorette.

I know but they've been trying so hard to keep everyone on pins and needles as to the ending and this would make everyone think Chris is the next bachelor so he's not F1. With social media it's hard to keep something like this a secret.

if I'm not mistaken there was one guy that got described with these same words by Des to his own mother... witty, and sarcastic and can make me laugh.

it starts with the interviewer asking if there was one person who was the sexiest guy, then he asks if there was one person who was the funniest guy? starts out about 1:25 into the interview. this is one of the earliest interviews

I guess but as I said before it seems like a lot of time, money, & energy just for a gotcha moment. Doing nothing would have be just as effective since by the nature of the Brooks F1 spoiler the outcome of Chris would be a surprise. Also, all the mag covers have Drew and Brooks on them and don't mention Chris at all. Additionally, the fact that he is handing out roses would actually lead people would think its more Bachelor related than F1 so IMO, its actually perpetuating the Brooks spoiler rather than its going against it.

However, the one thing that give me pause is why shoot ANYTHING for ATFR this early when we still have over a week until finale. Especially since they supposedly trying (and failing) to keep the person that "rejects" Des underwraps. Why not shoot closer to Aug 5th? scratch

They have never done anything like that before so why start now...I am tentatively believing the spoilers but things still don't add up for me.
