He has said some pretty poignant things to her to let her know she is very important to him. Only thing missing is ILY. Drew and Chris have professed their ILYs, but have they told/asked her those thoughtful and poignant questions? There could be sooooo much more from all F3 on the cutting room floor.

Obviously they are going to show us both sides of that....its just like the James promo a few weeks ago #LoveHim or #LeaveHim

nutty made me think of something. I think that scene with his mom and sister takes place after Desiree leaves and before he goes to the F4 RC. Brooks said he wanted her to stay, because I think that's when he feels secure about everything. I am guessing (and that's all it is) that it's a way to protect his heart not to be rejected first, because of what his father did when he was a pre-teen. I think that F4 RC set something off in him again that he couldn't handle being rejected again.

I agree. When I read/see what qualities Chris S put out for why he was falling in love with her, they were all about sports.

All he had to do was wait until they were alone and express those feelings. Enjoy being together since you have so little time, why ruin the entire day with this?!

I agree. When I read/see what qualities Chris S put out for why he was falling in love with her, they were all about sports.

They have the poetry stuff too...I guess. They are both nice people but I don't see "it" between them. Des talked on JK (stolen from Zak's mom) that she was looking for that "spark that last a lifetime"...I don't know that it will last a lifetime but I definitely see the sparks with Brooks and Brooks only.

It has manipulation written all over it.

TPTB sensed the strong connection from first date onwards, & has been messing with all F3 to fill the storyline they want. Feeding Brooks' possible insecurities & pumping up Chris & Des so they had a show to continue. Otherwise it would've been dunzo much earlier.

CH & TPTB have taken Des' falling head over heels & Brooks' (very slight) hesitation and totally running with it & capitalizing on it to fulfill the drama they need to get viewers! Hence, the talk with CH, more head games.

sorry to barge into this conversation but the bolded bothered me more.....

Desiree is excited to see Brooks and to spend time with him. But first Brooks has a heart-to-heart with Chris Harrison. Excellent thoughts here! We know how much Brooks was shaken after seeing Zak getting cut. Look how melancholy Zak still is. Brooks might have been affected by it.
