I think because the house is stucco - the other safehouses (although this one does not seem to match them) were stucco. It's easy to think it is and it could be, but it really could be anyone's house.

Yes to #1. Drew & Des are wearing the same clothes as the Shirley Heights so is the FD leaving the horseback/beach as the LCD.

I've always seen some chemistry between Des & Drew however not enough to ever think he was the f1. The mags having him in the f2 spot confused me so wasn't sure if he left before the FRC or not but now think he leaves on the LCD.

Chris confuses me because I haven't really seen the chemistry but right now I think he's a potential f1. That pic screams safe house and Brooks going on a cruise doesn't. I've always believed the spoilers but I really wouldn't be surprised by anything.

well, if you ask me about the chemistry, it seems to me they left all of the intimate/obvious gestures/interactions on the editing floor for whatever reasons. But i am leaning to believe they will show us more on the next epis.

I read somewhere there is no F3 RC. The scene where Des is standing and leaning on the balcony is where they will end monday's show, leaving everyone to think she chooses no one. I finally read her blogs and every since the James thing she was letting us know that the Brooks thing was coming. She is also letting us know its Brooks at the end. I know some thinks and hope its Chris but I just don't think it is, there's just too much hype about the ending to be him.

Agreed!

I think the F3 RC will be the cliffhanger into the Finale.

This season has been "The Des and Brooks Story" and the story lines of Chris, Drew, & Zak's are the supporting story lines/cast/antagonists to go along with it.

I don't even think Des will need a FD or LCD with Brooks to know its him in the end.

They show Des at what appears to be the location of the RC and saying "I'm sorry" so I think she tells them she can't do the RC and leaves. No roses given out in other words. I wonder how that's dealt with given we've seen SCs of both LCDs?

If Chris is f1 then Des must have fallen for him during the FD and LCD, because so far I see friendship. At least with Drew she has a lot of chemistry and passion.
With Brooks, she lights up like no other.
I would be SHOCKED if she chooses anyone but Brooks.
I say it's Brooks or bust.
My theory is that she will be honest with Drew during their talk on the beach. He'll either go home or will be sent home by Des.
Des will send Chris home in what should be FRC. ALL guys will be gone, or sent home.
She will be on her way home.....and out of nowhere comes Brooks all sorry and sweeping her off her feet. the cameras will have to rush to capture the moment.
That's how I see the twists and turns.

since there will be only 2 guys left...actually there is no need for handing out the roses, right?...the Q is whether Des wants to continue with the 2 remaining guys or not..JMO.

They still have to give the guys a chance to refuse. Ali still did a RC when Frank left and so did Brad after he let Ashley go at the beginning.

The stucco color seemed to match 1F's safehouse.
