i tried to find the post by that person who said brooks was living in his sister's basement and there was dirt to come on him. i couldn't find it and finally gave up looking. it may have been deleted. i did find that RS also made a comment about brooks not being anywhere ready for marriage but when pressed on the comment he said he's just like most of the guys that go on this show. it did sound like he probably knew something. so, my guess is the big news is about a former relationship that is probably not completely resolved at least according to the ex. i'm sure it's going to be made into a big stink and then will probably not be much of anything at all.

That's because it was not a poster...it was from a tabloid and people are taking it as gospel. A few Brooks-haters have chosen to take that and run with it. I wouldn't sweat it. Regarding RS, I recall JP having a disgruntled ex too that had her time in spotlight. Happens every year!

This is the part I hate about people on the Bachelor / Ette . Blogger, Tabloids, and haters in general are out to destroy them . Makes no sense to me...it's terrible. :soapbox

Way before the season began, I found an article from Sophie (I believe)..It was "Who Is Brooks Forester??" . I went a little HOLY MOLY and posted it on my friends facebook telling her I found the seasons most gorgeous young man ...!! :fanningfan

someone did post it here but yeah it could have originated from a tabloid. i forgot about JP's ex. i think whatever the situation is it's probably what causes the big issue with des, but they work it all out so it's all fine in the end. i just hope brooks doesn't get raked over the coals too badly.

I would have NEVER believed that CH interfered with Jilly and Reid BUT, since CH stated to Katie Couric that he advised one of the leads to choose Trista, he indeed gives his input when asked. Loved whimsical Reid

Ah well we'll never know for sure. But Jill stopped the FRC day and she apparently was sitting there a while before CH came out. By the time Ed got there it was almost dark (and the FRC is always set for a F1 proposal at exactly sunset). I think CH even addressed that so many people thought he was trying to sway her to get the show on the road (think in his blog).

If the spoilers/sleuthing turn out I see a similarity to what we think to be Brooks' story. Reid was sent home at F3 bc he couldn't say I love you then- and they both pulled a Mesnick when it went down. I'm not necessarily rooting for anyone but it will be interesting to see how this plays out and how TPTB handle it.

Ha! I remember Chris having to remind Jillian that she "loved Ed, right?". I don't know., I think Jillian was super into Ed otherwise how could she still pick him over the others when he was gone for 3 weeks?! The show is barely enough time to fall in love with someone on it regular schedule but somehow it happened for her in even less time?! Ed was never in love with Jillian anyway. Sad. But I think despite wanting Ed, there was a definitely a part of her that wanted to say "yes" to Reid. Hence all the hesitation.
