The "run away with Salt Lake City" was edited & spliced together -she didn't actually say those words. And I'm pretty sure that a good portion of what we saw last night was also spliced/edited together. Haven't sat through and listened for the cuts yet, but I will.

Personally, I still don't think Ashley was nearly as enamored of Bentley as they are making it sound like. It was very creative editing, including the conversation she had with CH. There was visual and audio differences throughout that whole thing. Did she care about Bentley or like him? Sure. Attracted to him? Sure. Did she love him at that point? Without listening to the audio closely, I'm still 80% certain that comment was about a different guy.

Actually, it was Bentley who said "I wish the end was tomorrow" she said something like "me too". He also asked if he could call her. We saw Ashley say "she saw the end, and she saw Bentley there" that wasn't spliced, we saw this. We saw her say completely devastated by his departure. We saw and heard a lot of things that pointed to Bentley at least being in the F2 - if not the one.

Max I agree with your post. However the bolded was not said by JP but by Ryan. JPs VO said something about 'Finding love in the blue waters of Figi'. Not sure if it makes a difference to the overall message in your post but I thought I'd just point it out .

This insecurity theme was played out by Jillian, and we saw how that worked out. :hmmm:
Also, in retrospect we saw how accepting a second choice worked out for DeAnna as well. :Frown:
We got a weird, wonky edit with Brad, and this relationship at the ATFRC looked rather wobbly....
Now, here we are going into the 4th episode, and we have basically "seen" one of our spoiled F4. Ashley's theme in spades is "insecurity." I have to wonder if either the relationship has a poor foundation, or the entire season is about her F1 - to the exclusion of the others in the F4.
If so, that will be the first time that has happened in the history of the franchise. Usually, the F1 is the one that is more hidden.

I just went back to RSs spoilers and realized Lucas is in the F6 - what?? Lucas?? this season is so weird - it's like who the fuck is Lucas and he's in the F6....?? but I guess that goes along with who the fuck is Ben F, Dino and Ames and they're all in the F4.

Seriously! It's ridiculous that we know basically nothing about 3 of the F4. How are they supposed to explain who Lucas is 6 episodes in.."Oh by the way there's this guy Lucas, he doesn't go much farther but we're going to finally give him his own date and waste your time"

I know. I have watched less than half of the seasons, but from what I have seen, this season bafflles me.

LOL he's like the phantom from Ali's season, but he actually gets a date (and a rose), and gets to make out with Ashley. I figure he's another one of those "a matter of time" guys. Blake and Mickey probably sealed their own fates with them throwing Ryan under the bus. Although, Lucas does do the same next episode. But I get the feeling, Blake and Mickey kept on pushing Ashley.

In the past Molly and Chantal got over night dates == Final 2
Chris L and Trista got sick dates == FINAL 2
Ryan spoke to Trista before charlie as shown on tv at meet and greet on 1 on 1 time
Roberto spoke to Ali before chris L as shown on tv at M/G on 1 on 1 time
Ben Spoke to Ashley before JP as shown on tv at M/G on 1 on 1 time

Just somethings i notice so this seems to be going like last season all topsy turby.
