Every guy that was involved in tonight's episode probably feels pretty foolish tonight, except for maybe Mickey.

From watching, it seemed like Ashley would have certainly taken Bentley back. No doubt. How far it would have gone is anyones guess. I would hope not far enough ugh.

Bentley was the one that put the period. He was in the drivers seat the whole time. Ashley simply went along with the suggestion.

Her happiness was just a relief that the decision was made for her.
And the anger was edited in after. Her hair is all different in those SCs.

Yes. He had to tell her 'this is the period'. She was still looking at him like he was the last ice cream cone at the gates of Hades. All he had to do was ask to stay. All her bravado was in PIs and VOs after the fact. We're supposed to believe she recovered in 90 seconds enough to fall in love -- yet again -- and finish the season successfully? Complete BS.

It took several months for some people to stop believing that Frank was Ali's first choice and Roberto was her default, so I'm guessing this will be no diff.

Whoever was concerned about Lucas, he definitely called Ash sweetheart, not the other way around. It was obvious to me in this episode that the producers probably had a talk with Ash and told her, now that Bentley is out of the way, you better start kissing some of these other guys, or letting them kiss you, to make a show of it, so she did, with Lucas and Ames. I think she likes kissing Ben, but it looked kind of awkward to me.

The guys reacted to the Bentley news exactly as I suspected. The ones who have fallen for her were empathizing and more concerned with her feelings from the start (JP, Ryan, Ames; I didn't see Ben's reaction, but at least he didn't criticize her), the ones who weren't really that into her were more concerned with their feelings or their egos (Mickey), and it wasn't until she fell apart that they started feeling guilty (Blake). That ended up being a good test of who really cares for her at this point.

Haters are haters. Kind of hypocritical to complain about the Ryan haters while hating on JP. Just sayin.

There was a difference with Ali, she didn't go on and on after Frank left. We didn't hear Frank name anymore after the talk with Chris and Roberto. She didn't talk about closure. She was all over Roberto...and only saw him, heck throughout the show. Even Jillian didn't go on an on about Ed when he left, she said she had some great guys left and forgot about him until his return. She was hanging all over Wes on his HTD. Now here we have Ashley saying she has closure now and still bringing up Bentley's name. She didn't want closure, she wanted him to commit and he didn't do it but told her to move on without him.

IC - Ashley has kissed more guys than even Jillian. And Jillians were scripted on that group date laugh out loud

I think they either showed or told her about the things Bentley had said once she left his room. She was pissed off and didn't seem to have a reason unless she knew.

I think Ames was still not himself after the concussion. I think he did surprise Ashley but not if a bad way. She seemed fine with it.

Just want to add that Jillian wasn't over Ed after he left and in fact said as much to his mom. She forced herself to move on but don't think she had her heart in it.

Yes, I agree with you! I think Ashley probably needed to be coaxed on several occasions to form
relationships with the other bachelors. In her world it was all Bentley & JP. Her other interactions are
(as you described) total fail.
