Yes. He had to tell her 'this is the period'. She was still looking at him like he was the last ice cream cone at the gates of Hades. All he had to do was ask to stay. All her bravado was in PIs and VOs after the fact. We're supposed to believe she recovered in 90 seconds enough to fall in love -- yet again -- and finish the season successfully? Complete BS.

Sorry to be following you around, but another voice of reasoning. If Bentley had ask to stay he would be still be there. I guess she forgot she asked for him, so why didn't she call him, for her so-called closure.

Honestly, the conversation they had was so awkward and edited. Looks like neither of them knew what the heck they were doing there. It was really so staged.

I think JP and Ben F are both wonderful guys. JP and Ashley's date was a breath of fresh air and Ben F's cute outtake with Ashley showing how they talk to their dogs was one of the highlights to this season. At least we know one thing.....the F2 guys are there for the right reasons.

If Bentley had told Ashley that he wanted another chance and wanted to return to the show she would have gladly allowed him to return!

Well, first there was Frank, then there was hottie Chris L. I guess Roberto knew he had nothing to fear, just like JP knows. And this Bentley crap is way more scripted than the Frank drama ever was. Frank only looked like he was reading cue cards a few times, not the entire scene like the bent one and Ashley. rotfl
