Yes. They never had any connection and he all but disappeared after the Vegas date. I think Mickey knew it and decided to leave and be spared of not getting a rose at the RC.

Yes. He had to tell her 'this is the period'. She was still looking at him like he was the last ice cream cone at the gates of Hades. All he had to do was ask to stay. All her bravado was in PIs and VOs after the fact. We're supposed to believe she recovered in 90 seconds enough to fall in love -- yet again -- and finish the season successfully? Complete BS.

It took several months for some people to stop believing that Frank was Ali's first choice and Roberto was her default, so I'm guessing this will be no diff.

Whoever was concerned about Lucas, he definitely called Ash sweetheart, not the other way around. It was obvious to me in this episode that the producers probably had a talk with Ash and told her, now that Bentley is out of the way, you better start kissing some of these other guys, or letting them kiss you, to make a show of it, so she did, with Lucas and Ames. I think she likes kissing Ben, but it looked kind of awkward to me.

The guys reacted to the Bentley news exactly as I suspected. The ones who have fallen for her were empathizing and more concerned with her feelings from the start (JP, Ryan, Ames; I didn't see Ben's reaction, but at least he didn't criticize her), the ones who weren't really that into her were more concerned with their feelings or their egos (Mickey), and it wasn't until she fell apart that they started feeling guilty (Blake). That ended up being a good test of who really cares for her at this point.

Haters are haters. Kind of hypocritical to complain about the Ryan haters while hating on JP. Just sayin.

Tonight's date with JP literally made me sweat ... no really it was one of the hottest things I have seen on this show. The part where he was pouring the champagne and she was just watching him was priceless... she's in love... so is he ... I swear I saw him tear up a few times. The reason I am late to the party is because I have been rematching the tram ride scene over and over again.

Great observation Noobs ~ you could be on to something!

I rewatched it again. And I believe the person they show getting out the plane wear you their shoes is JP. They are like long black shoes with no laces. The suit is very fitted and tailored. The person with their hands in their pockets just looks kinda unfitted and laid back... much like Ben's style. The person holding Ashley's hands is fitted suit guy. Since I only have two options thanks to RS ... I am going with fitted suit guy at JP and loose low trouser guy with his hands in his pockets as Ben. Regis, that is my final answer.

Thanks to JP's smaller build and daring fashion sense I think it's safe to assume that anything more fitted it probably him... that and he loves those shirts with the buttons on the sleeves... you know the Natalie Getz alternative polo shirt.

And we better believe it. After last season I never saw it, and didn't believe it, and it wasn't. What we saw was how it ended up in real life. Nothing.

Yes, Brad and Emily not meant for each other. Brad kept trying to make it happen but Emily never really seemed as interested as he was.

Well, I was with ya until the last sentence. Maybe you should go back and re-address that one to the right person. I haven't complained about any Ryan hating, only stated that I like him and maybe this show wasn't a good match for him. Nor have I hated on JP. I think the season as a whole is a bust, which includes the JP/Ash coupling, but it includes everything else also.
