The top lady in the pic has a matchmaking service (based off her twitter profile), and the other 2 look like fans. He was at a nightclub in AZ last night. There are more pics of him with fans from last night, but do not know how to bring them over here, sorry.

Wow, he is cute and would have been a sincere bachelor - but sincerity and this show do not really go together so best he keep far away!
