Anyone catch Angela on Afterbuzz last night? Not sure if she did a phone in or in person. Just noticed she posted on twitter last night she would be live!

Yes! I just listened to a good chunk of AfterBuzz interview. Angela called in and was super sweet, gracious. Here are some interesting tidbits:

HAWAII DATE
AfterBuzz hosts asked Angela the turning point for her relationship with Ben and she said their Hawaii date ... which we did NOT see thanks to Eva's production team. She said that they had the last date of the week and were in a hot tub drinking champagne and that was when she finally felt comfortable and forgot about cameras. She said they talked about a lot/what they wanted in a relationship and it really made her fall for him and that date took their relationship to another level.

HOMETOWN DATE
She said that they really cut out so much great stuff and she was disappointed about that. She also made comment about editing in general for show and AfterBuzz hosts totally picked up on that ... said they heard that a lot of contestants not happy with editing of show. Angela said that she and Ben had so much fun going skeet shooting. I wish they would have shown that because I can see Ben, being the adventure/outdoorsy guy, really digging that about her. Angela said they really played up her virgin angle too much and didn't show that she's a fun person too.

MOM TO HOLD VIEWING PARTY
She said her mom is planning to hold a really big viewing party and keeps inviting more people. I have to assume that her mother knows ending so if her girl is broken hearted at the end, I can't imagine that she'd want to be surrounded by a huge crowd to watch her daughter end up in tears.

ANGELA & KARI ROOMMATES
She said that she and Kari were roommates and that she was initially the most closest to Kari because they had so much in common. Kari is from Austin and Angela went to UT Austin. They were in same sorority (!!) and had lots of things to discuss because of similar shared experiences. She was starting to really like Kari as a friend when she realized, "What am I doing here..." Angela brought up time in the vineyard date when she said if Kari & Ben are going to get back together, then fine but she did not want to be a bystander throughout the process.

MOST INTERESTING COMMENT RE: KARI
AfterBuzz hosts asked if all the women from Ben's house were still friends. She said that since she was in F2 with Allie, she was not able to continue bonding friendships with other girls who had left earlier but that many have reached out to her and she is friendly with them. She said that it has been most awkward with Kari of all girls in Ben's house. She said something about finally reaching out to her because they have a group text thing going (similar I guess to Tim's girls) but they never renewed their friendship like they had started in house. The way that Angela was talking about Kari made me totally think that Ben could be referring to Angela as having issues with Kari going to bday party on the AfterBuzz show. Angela said that she got closest to Shand after they combined finalists into one house.

BEST PART OF EXPERIENCE
She seemed to take her time answering this question but said going on dates with Ben was best part. I honestly could not tell if it was getting to spend time with Ben or just getting out of house though.

OFFERED TO COME BACK NEXT WEEK
Angela offered to go back on AfterBuzz next week to tell more. I'd think if she was trying to put behind her that she'd be "done" ... BUT ... she also talked about jewelry line she is launching so it could be about publicity for that.

The fact that F1 Shandi and Angela both appeared on AfterBuzz could be coincidence or not. After hearing this interview, my impression is that it is more likely that Angela is final 1 than not. One of the hosts kept saying that she thought Angela was F1.

Angela sounds like a great gal with really good head on her shoulders. Ben would be crazy not to give it an honest shot with her.

Wow thanks MVMom39forever. have been looking for that interview and couldn't find it. you've summed it up perfectly :) BTW i just saw on the official twitter account of ready for love that there is going to be a love song and an engagement so i guess that's a confirmation. i guess the surprise the engagement part is the surprise they've been talking about since no one expected ben to propose. I used to think it was going to be sumthing bad but shandi also tweeted that ben's moment is going to be awesome. ooh can't wait. Out of the two remaining girls i am now more certain that ben chose angela.

Thanks! I actually really like how Angela has portrayed herself in the house and have enjoyed reading her blogs so happy to do so. I have a teen daughter so as you can imagine, I like a lot of what Angela stands for

So we know that Kari tweeted something about #revenge re: the finale. I wonder if Ben proposes to Angela but she suggests that they wait and see how things progress off the air??

I'd like to think that maybe the revenge kari mentioned was directed to allie since she didn't win ben's heart in the end. Coz those two pretty much didn't get along in the house. And with the way Shandi was tweeting that ben's moment is also going to be awesome i doubt his F1 said no to him :)

I like your scenario much better! Here's hoping for a really sweet ending.

FWIW I think the revenge thing had to deal with Allie too. Even if Kari and Allie don't have that relationship anymore, Kari was answering a fan who was watching all of their dramatic confrontations play out.

LunaStar, Angela is the one wearing a silver gown for the Finale, and Jenna is wearing a "purple or blueish purple" gown for the Finale. So Jenna could still be Tim's F1. Allie is wearing a blue gown and we know that the woman in the Garden/Courtyard(??) is wearing a silver gown. The question is whether or not Ben is choosing Angela or rejecting her in the Garden/Courtyard.
