Anyone know if the Lemon therapy affects the teeth enamel ? I have thin enamel and really afraid to start the lemon therapy for fear that will make things worse. TIA.

I have been told at our dental school to rinse with water afterwards and then brush. Also drink quickly to minimize exposure time.

While going through my kidney stone nightmare, I was told to drink a lot of straight lemon juice followed by brushing my teeth. I'd have a shot probably 10 times a day if not more. I rinsed a lot rather than brushing.

Now I cut a lemon in quarters and squeeze that in hot water. It's not a lot like drinking it straight.

I am naturally curious and have all sorts of weird senses going off but Tenley has been posting a lot of beach type picture. Plus she posted a picture of her and an adorable little doggie saying " Always making new friends in Encinitas.".
Isn't Kiptyn from there ? At least he was during his B'ette season.

That pic is tagged with several #'s .. One of which is her gal friend .. So it seems she is with her at that restaurant

She always posts beach pics, I don't think that's unusual. Plus I read somewhere up thread, someone asked her via IG, and she stated they were dear friends, not together.

I hope Tenley has found her man because Kipton has a girlfriend and she is pregnant. He appears very happy.

She posted this the same day US Weekly ran their story.

Tenley & Kiptyn were the couple I always had a soft spot on and rooted for. Used to hope they would make it eventually. Now after everything unfolds, I can only wish her the best. She deserves better and I hope it won't be someone from Bach/Bachette nation. I can't despise Kiptyn as much as I want to (although I think he's likely having a fling with the baby mama while he was still with Tenley and that's why they broke up) but that Samm girl is a downgrade from TenTen. Well, good luck to everyone involved. I'm still following Ten's journey (and already unfollowed Kip's, ).

Really wish that Tenley would meet a really nice, handsome man soon. How old is she now? Sure she would love to settle down & have a family now.

I think she is 30. One of her last "big" dates with Kiptyn was her birthday celebration, iirc.

Yeah, last year. She tuned 31 this past month.
