I believe the drama is about the upcoming epidode/season, but the challenges part is about her challenging the host? I am thinking this is in reference to the drama from the season that will begin Monday, with Ben and the guys, and Brian's GF showing up.
The challenges portion i think refers to her, and the decisions she had to make, etc...
Are you thinking they are referring to after the show drama??
