I dont think it's him, hair too different and he looks more muscular on recent dodgeball GD pics:

I'd say Diogo as well.

Diogo is possible but I think it's a guy not yet identified (still 12 missing).
Diogo's features are more pronounced (forehead forward, longer nose...). BUT I don't have a profile pic so not 100%.
