Jef Holm - Bachelorette 8 - Discussion

Lots of Emily's guys have a problem keeping their shirts on! Lol! I gotta say I like Jef's new 8 pack though!

If that's an 8 pack, it's photoshopped. There is nothing real about Jef Holm. Total phony.

Did Jef actually post a phony photo of himself surfing? If photoshopping himself with abs (hahaha, as if!) and chest hair (not even in his dreams), why not select a more realistic backdrop and not a lake?

The surfing one is real. He was at Utah Lake wakeboarding the other day. The 8 pack is very much there!

The thought of Jef Holm as the next Bachelor makes me cringe!! JMHO.

I don't believe it would ever happen but wouldn't be watching if it did. Had more than enough of him during Emily's season.

Jef has a gut. He's a total slug. The only way he would show an eight pack is if air brushed on.

Actually, I still follow him very closely -every pic, tweet, and follow, every social media interaction ... and his abs, the same exact abs, have been present in at least 5 separate photos. He posted a vine yesterday of wake boarding again and still there.

I believe, based on his tweets, that he is working on several new projects, one of them with Alterra Pest Control company which he has had several meetings with ... they are based in SLC and donate a portion of their proceeds to purchase mosquito nets to prevent malaria in third world countries and one of the brothers who own it is travelling to third world countries to help out in different ways ... I think this sounds right up Jef's alley. I'm not sure what else he is working on ... and he does travel a lot. He is going to Paris May 21-24 - no idea what for but the short length of the trip indicates to me that it is for a purpose other than pleasure.

After following him closely for a year now, I honestly believe he is as kind and good of a person as was shown on tv. He makes some poor decisions and puts himself in situations where stupid college girls are present which is just plain dumb, but most of the time he sticks close to family and close friends who love and adore him and defend him as one of the kindest and best people they know. He flirts on IG with a couple of models but he has actually only confirmed to kiss three or four girls in the last 8 months he has been single. There are no reports that I know of one-night stands or hook ups. He is on his way right now to SC to visit his family, who he adores. I think he has made some mistakes but overall, I think he would make a great bachelor, and I would love to watch him.
