yeah, that's what I was thinking....& there was a little foreshadowing demonstrating this when Ben F & Blake were teasing JP about kissing Ash. That conversation made the editing cut for whatever reason & I think it was to highlight that Ben F knew exactly how far JP had fallen at that point...??

Anyone feel kinda let down by this season? I mean I guess it's because of all the Bentley talk that we're hearing, but it's also because Ash has so many insecurities. I just hope after episode 6 we won't hear about Bentley again, or this season will seem like a farce..

I mean I love JP and all and I want them to end up together, but I want them to be together because Ash fell in love with him like she did with Bentley, not as a default F1.

I was checking on some hotels/resorts in and around Vomo Island

Here is what I found:

The only resort I could find right on Vomo was the Vomo Island Resort which appears to match what we see from the contest ABC is having. This is considered a luxury resort. Fijiman says Ashley stayed on Vomo. The date she had with Ben was on Vomo Lailai which does not appear to have any overnight accomodations.

The Westin Denaru is right off the coast of Nadi which is said to be a 15 min flight to Vomo. There are several resorts on/in? Denaru which are listed as 5 star. I remember reading somewhere the hotels in Denaru were nicer than the ones in the town of Nadi which were older, and it appears the Vomo Resort we have seen is it for Vomo. I looked at the list and the nicest three were the Westin Denaru, the Sheraton Fiji Resort and the Sofitel but this is a golf resort, so not sure they would use it. The other thing I found is that the Westin was undergoing a series of three phased rennovations. The first two phases where from March 28-June 7. Not sure if this would be disruptive to filming or if it was in another part of the resort which has 273 rooms.

ETA: I am not sure there are other hotels closer to Vomo Island and the only one I could find on Vomo is the one Ash is staying at.

instead of going to the FRC he stayed in the westin

The clearest statement of these three imo is the ben stayed in the Westin one. But how does that work with Ben and Ashley are engaged, which was his first message and was stated clearly? If they were together wouldn't he have said Ben and Ashley stayed in the westin?

I'm determined to figure this out.

Thanks pavalygurl for the info on the Vomo resorts and the Westin. So they brought Roberto on a boat to the FRC. Anyone remember how far away R was staying in comparison to where they held the FRC and/or how long that boat ride was. They said Roberto was sweating profusely and they had to mop his brow before he got off the boat to see Ali, so it seems more than a 5 min. boat ride??? So I guess they could do a 15 min. flight from the Westin to the FRC (if Ben is the F1).

Is it possible Ben took himself out after FD? Then Ryan put himself back in, then left crying??? Then fijiman is right in that JP was the only choice at that point....but maybe it was Ashley's choice to begin with?? The language barrier does make it difficult.

But what about Love_Me asking fijiman straight up " Did she choose Ben?" and he said "yes". That's the part that doesn't make sense or correspond to this first exchange.

And if we believe RS' spoilers Ben leaving and Ryan staying don't match with those.

Ben taking himself out and leaving because he sees more with JP. IDK. He seems to be falling for the girl as well. And him leaving just because he doesn't have feelings doesn't jibe with CH saying "woman are gonna love him".

We need previews and SCs stat!

I dont think ben is taking himself out, he is a sensitive guy who does have interest in ASHLEY, I dont see that happening at all.
