looks like all of Ashley's are noonish, and Ryan's is evening as there are no shadows, it could be because it's overcast but I think it's evening as the water is very calm too. Ashley's pics also look like it's quite windy as everything is moving and also you can see the waves and spray from the ocean. What really puzzles me about the pics is that you can see a bright circle on the deck. Could that be sun's refection? if not... what could it be?

From what I understand some people were trying to contact him still and not receiving responses. I was wondering if I am remembering correctly. That's why it would be good to get confirmation one way or the other...especially if he comes down on the side of JP because that will be 2 sources that say him, and one that was probably an on site source.

I think that round thing is actually something on the deck. I think it may just be breeze blowing hair....

Nutty - someone had posted other SCs of those deck where an umbrella stand normally is situated there. Thats why that spot seems to have a different col from the rest of the deck

It looks to be held back somehow in 2 and 3 and the top is different as well

I zoomed pic to 800% but it's very fuzzy. Hard to say. Bottom pic looks like no clips.

The shadows around that white dot are different as well. In the mid pic it almost appears to be ..ahem.. Added in. The one closest to the dot

Different angles could change the look of shadows, don't you think?

The 1st picture looks like it was at a different time though. The light seems different and her hair looks a bit different. JMO.
