I think Ashley being there in her FRC dress is the biggest thing that makes me think FRC is in Namale. I just don't think they'd have her get dressed, then ship her by boat or plane to Vomo. Of course, they COULD be promo shots too.

Riding a plane or helicopter to Vomo wouldn't be so different that riding in a limo to the FRC location. For Jake's FRC both Tenley and Vienna arrived in nice helicopters. They didn't look any worse for wear. :greenman:

I just looked at Google World/Maps, the Namale Resort appears to be on Vanau Levu, which is an island north east of the main island of Fiji. Vomo is a tiny, tiny island which is to the west of the main island of Fiji.

IMO it would take a high speed boat, helicopter or light aircraft to get from one to the other.

Thanks, gurlbrit. And what happens to hair, makeup, and formal gown in those vehicles? Disaster! Unless they have a fully enclosed aircraft of some sort. IDK, it sure seems like we have our FRC location mixed up. no idea

Googled Vomo resort and started looking through the photo gallery. First picture that hit my button was titled: "Helicopter Arrival via Island Hoppers". Do we have any SC of the FRC apart from the SC of Ash in her dress?

Pacific Island Seaplanes also flies to the island - but how would she get from the sea plane to the beach????

I think if you go back and read RS again he says Ryan shows up during the time of of the FRC but gets send away. I also believe that the FRC is at Namale that is where Ryan is standing and Ashley in her FRC dress.

RS says he comes back at the FD part, not FRC. He specifically stated he is not part of the FRC.

We started a thread in the screencaps Forum with FD and LCD screencaps from this season.

Also, if you go to ABC's site the Giveaway always gives you clues to where the FD takes place vs the place the actual finale was filmed.

Whatever is listed first is the location of the FD's and whatever is listed next is usually the location the FRC took place.

It was that way for Brad's season last time and Ali's.

Maybe I haven't read enough, but I feel we basically have 2 questions
1. Why is Ashley wearing her FRC dress at Namale? possible answer - Ashely changed her mind on FRC dress and this is F3 elimination.

2. What happens at Vomo location? possible answer - Could be almost anything, but I think it lends itself to FD more than FRC.

That is exactly where I'm at in all this. Ash has her "alleged" FRC dress on at the Namale Resort. Ryan is also at the Namale Resort and RS tells us that Ryan has nothing to do with the FRC, therefore by process of elimination the Namale Resort is not the site of the FRC.

However, RS has been wrong in the past and it could be that this year, he's been given everything up to F3 and has been fed false information for the FRC and who is F1/F2.

I see that Vomo is in the Prize package and appears to be a very exclusive island resort and I think it would be perfect for the FRC as the only way to get to it would be by boat, helicopter or sea plane, what better way to ensure some privacy.

I wish we had more SC's of the FD, MTP, LCD's and the FRC to determine where they all actually take place. It's like trying to put all the pieces in a puzzle when a whole bunch of them are missing hissyfit
