What kind of transportation is there between the two islands? Boat? Chopper? Seaplane?

If it were me, I'd want to get ready at my final destination, even if it's a gardener's hut, rather than risk being all messed up in transport to my final destination.

Maybe it's just me ...

We need to know what takes place at Vomo. Are they just MTP and LCDs happening there ? Was the FRC filmed there ? Or was the FRC at Namale instead ?

This is what confuses me also. Vomo is described something like your own deserted island. The only communication is supposedly by walkie talkie. It appears to me to be a great FD/LCD kind of place to be alone with your F1/F2 or Ryan, Bentley or whoever else comes back at this point. LOL! Namale on the other hand is a luxury resort much better equipped to handle the full production which the FRC may be. JMO.

Maybe before they dropped Ryan off at Vomo, they took him to Namale to shoot those scenes of him looking wistfully across the ocean, etc. Then he went to Vomo, met Ashley, and was let go.

Have no idea why Ashley is at Namale. You would think they wouldn't want anything to happen to her dress. Also, the FRC location is normally much prettier and spruced up a little.

It's possible that everyone including Ryan stayed in hotels on Namale. Like Reid being shown at hotel during Jillian's season to look at ring he got and contemplate hwy he came back. So, everyone starts out on Namale and since it's such a short distance travel to Vomo just for the FRC. So, perhaps Ryan does show up at the FRC location like Reid did and the shot of him at Namale is just him at the hotel revealing he's come back and doig his PI about why he's returned before he goes to meet Ashley on Vomo.

While these places look "relatively" close on the map, Vomo is just off the coast of the southern island of Viti Lenu while Namale is on the northern island of Vanua Levu. It makes more sense to me that the FRC is at Namale. Vomo seems more like a FD/LCD kind of place as I said in the previous post.

the whole Namale thing is because that's where Ryan is - so that's why folks are trying to determine if Ryan is there at the FD or FRC stage. FRC @ Namale would prolly means RS was wrong, he's not there at FD stage, he's there at FRC stage.

, where is the hugging/crying shot that we get every season when there is a non-RC elimination ? There was none this season.

I think Ashley being there in her FRC dress is the biggest thing that makes me think FRC is in Namale. I just don't think they'd have her get dressed, then ship her by boat or plane to Vomo. Of course, they COULD be promo shots too.

didn't we only have that for Chris and Ali?? I don't recall any other person getting a hugging/crying SC that was non-RC related......Dylan and Brad doesn't count.

We usually get a F3 goodbye hug/crying caps/bench scene though. Jeremy and Deanna, Jake after Gia left, Jill after Reid left, Jason in the barn after Jill left.

This time the season preview has skipped almost everything from HTDs aside from the Namale scenes with Ryan / Ashley in her FRC dress and the waterfall jumping scene.

These where crying/hugging SCs that they left in the season previews previously :
Ali on Jakes season when she eliminated herself at F4.
Chris L on Ali's season when she let him go early.
and
Reid on Jill season after he was dismissed again.

hmmmm - I believe you, I just don't remember Ali/Jake but I remember the Reid/Jill second rejection SC.
