Kalon & Lindzi - Bachelor Pad 3 - Discussion

Would have never thought I would provide a positive post about Kalon....but I do like Lindzi & him as a couple, they seem very well suited!

Still not loving Kalon (not because of baggage comments, but general demeanor), but I do find their relationship very intriguing.

Honestly whoever did the tattoo eyebrows was awful! I have seen both kinds and she has the one that is just painted on with a color. The better ones (cost$$$) are fine hair strokes that mimic natural eyebrows not harsh at all. It is relatively new. I have evn considered the hair stroke one after seeing it on a friend. It enhances what you already have.

That is actually a very sweet clip. Kalon seems to genuinely have feelings for her. I like him with her.

I did not know this. She must have had eyeliner tattooed too, yes? That was a mistake, if true. Her makeup is way too heavy.

I am wondering if the preview from several weeks ago with Kalon crying could be from when he was on The Bachelorette. It doesn't make sense that there was no one talking to him on The Pad and that he was talking about people being jeaous. Any ideas? He says in a recent interview that after several hours on The Pad that people were shocked to find out that he was a good guy and that he made friends rather quickly. Could the producers be messing with us again?

Producers mess with edits all the time! I am into Big Brother now and the manipulation on that show is way over the top. But still I get sucked in. :)

I hear you! It is strange because I remember seeing this preview of Kalon crying but don't remember seeing it on the actual show for The Pad. If this crying interview was done during The Bachelorette, then his "evil Kalon" role would be put into question. If he is so bad, then why would he care if no one was talking to him on the show? If he was so bad, then why would he care that no one liked him?

I *think* that Kalon isn't the devil, but I definitely think he plays up certain qualities for television. Saying that Erica is fat all the time, Emily Maynard is so stupid that she couldn't even remember her lines, etc - I don't think a gentleman would do that. I think the phone call to his mom/crying was all a producer-driven scene - I'm pretty sure you are not allowed to call friends and family, at will. If they let him, I'm sure it was to create a certain image and portrayal for him.

I do think it's interesting that Kalon/Lindzi broke up the weekend after the finale was filmed - did Erica's comments about Kalon being a womanizer get through?
