I seriously doubt this is the FRC site. She is probably doing some VO's and mental deliberations prior to that actual time. The deck is at Namale resort. They have these decks all throughout the resort.
Namale Resort encompasses 525 acres. It probably has multiple areas designed for something like a wedding or FRC.

I can't get over that either! I mean, Jake also proposed on a deck, but it looked nice and had plants all over it!

I had an idea -- perhaps this is her on FRC day, and she's contemplating her choice. We had Ali walking over a bridge, looking out over the water, etc. Can we sleuth the grounds of this place and see if perhaps the FRC is nearby?

Here is the video that I grabbed the voice overs from. The voice over was from above starts at :41 of this video. Reason you could be correct, I have a hard time distinguishing between a couple of the guys.

There was only one statement I caught which I think is Ben and that is: OMG this is freakin amazing.

I also think the one about the first date in Hong Kong is Lucas...besides that's his date, LOL, he has a bit of a Texas twang that I was able to pick up.

I think it is JP saying a bunch of them.

It seems that way. But I could be wrong. Maybe after he talks during his 1x1 date I will be able to distinguish his voice better. Then some of the voice overs could lead us to be Ben F.

The only one that has a first date in Hong Kong is Lucas so could it be him? Constantine gets his first date in Phuket next week. In Hong Kong Contantine is on the dragon boat race group date. scratch

If you notice, it's always just the F1 that is iffy right up 'till the end. That's the only thing they push to keep uncertain. It keeps the spoiled viewers watching.

But this time not only are the spoilers for JP as F1 - he as of episode 3 appears to be the only viable option which gets everyone on board with the RS spoilers.

What I have noticed the past two seasons when RS was completely wrong about the FRC is that the edit and star interviews followed RS's spoiler to a T. The blogs, however, told a different story. Those are written by the star and are not edited by the Bach staff, other than parts of what he or she wrote may not make the final copy. As a fyi, the stars are not compensated for writing the blogs.

If JP is indeed F1, would this season be the first that the F1 was shown and favored so early?

Back when there were no right or wrong pre-season blog spoilers, there was great difficulty separating the favorite vs who is F1 on the boards. What comes to mind is P-Lo's season when Sadie was the majority favorite. A great sleuther, BrightCrypitic, wrote down verbatim what was said by P-Lo about Sadie vs. Jen and it was hands down that Jen was going to be the F1, although she received the 'hidden' edit. Also, we had the photo of her hand receiving the family ring in which even that did not convince people.

First of all...GUILTY. I was new to sleuthing & spoilers then, and I was convinced it was Sadie, LOL!
So Blondie, does your gut say RS is wrong again, or we are just seeing a different edit this time around?
