It's a lose/lose situation.
With holiday falling on a Monday night--you lose viewers due to holiday celebrations.
Often once a view interrupts viewing patterns, it's easier to skip the next episode or lose interest. So regardless, they may lose some viewers the following Monday(July 11th) just because--it's been such a blah season, it's skippable, let's just dvr it--whatevs.

I realize that - but since I'm in Canada my fireworks will be happening on Friday night, not Monday. Guess I'll watch some How I Met your Mother repeats.

Oh yay...that's a good thing! I always hate that you have to wait two weeks from FDs to LCD's and RC because of the MTA.

i remember seeing WetPaint.com having a whole featuer on "Will Ames be the next Bachelor". I'll see if I can find the link. We know he's in with WetPaint because he uses their links alot. he was prob referring to that

WetPaint also did several features titled "5 reasons why William should be the next Bachelor" and "5 reasons why Ryan P should be the next Bachelor." They might have even showcased another guy they liked this season.
