Yes, I was wrong and it was not Lucas, but JP. However, Ashley said she understood as she's been in his position on the show and she gave him a rose. I think his reaction was like a guy in real life and not a scripted b/s show would act if his girl was with other guys. I was rather shocked with her PIs about letting Ryan and Lucas go - I don't recall any lead ever expressing so much doubt about letting 2 people go like that - not before F4 anyway. I don't think she has 'those' feelings for Ryan or Lucas, but sometimes 'those' feelings dont' happen in 4 weeks - sometimes, for some people it takes more time, like with Dino, his deadline is looming and he's pretty sure he's not going to get there by then. The pressure to fall in love in the span of 6 weeks while whittling the contestants down every 4 days has got to be a huge mindf***

This is why the source that I have might very well be telling me the truth considering Ryan's departure tonight. That scenario on the show isn't adding up very well and Ryan's return has to do with the ... scenario that is still remaining between her and Ryan. She told him that she doesn't know if she is doing the right thing.

I definitely see a set up for Ryan's return. Her misgivings in her PI plus how long they focused the camera on him when he left totally feeds into a return in Fiji. However, I'm not sure that Ryan's return will factor into her decision-making about WHO she'll choose, because she's clearly stated (more than once) that the romantic feelings were missing. He will affect HOW she gets to her end decision, but I don't see the WHO. Do you believe differently Coastal, based on your information?

Yup, like I said, they apparently spend more time together than what RS has said, then there is the issue of the maybe connection beyond the security and other attributes she is feeling from Ryan. There is definately more to tell. I have serious reservations as to whether JP is the F1 as RS states. Still too many unanswered questions out there that need to be finalized. Ben is looking more and more like the likely F1, IMO.

So can you tell us what you've been told? We're not asking you to give up your source, but what you've been told can add to what everyone is sleuthing. In another thread you said you'd been told by your source to watch for something in the 7/11 episode that hadn't been in the SC's. You said you saw what you'd been told to look for, but never told us what it was. Any information can add to the bits of the puzzle. Thanks.

Actually it is a 2 parter thing and I really don't want to let the cat out of the bag too early so to speak. When I know for sure all of what I have is more than likely the truth, I will definately scream it out........believe me!!

I'm not seeing a 'shaky edit" at all for JP. He's authentic, sweet, supportative and kind (so far). Everyone is assuming JP is the jealous edit tonight, when we don't know til we see it. I still think it's Lucas, but that's just my opinion. Of course JP will not be happy when Ashley kisses the other guys and interacts with them. But 'unhappy' is a far cry from overt jealously and a jealouse rage. Cannot wait til tonight to see what happens.

that was me - in my experience with F1 edits, JPs has been 'shakey' - they've portrayed him as impatient, competitive and jealous - I'm not say that's the real JP, just the edited version of JP. No F1 has ever gotten a jealous edit.

Tonight's show, JP definately got a jealous and almost angry edit.......he was impatient with the guys on their dates, impatient with the guys and Ashley in a way that Lucas got the first time on their group date and he definately made a point of telling Ashley that it bothered him the date concept and watching her kiss the guys.......THAT is definately NOT a F1 edit by a longshot.

Now episode 7 leaves us to wrap our heads around either the fact that Ben is her forever love during her 1 on 1 date OR that the guy who has been displaying shades of jealousy is the man for her. I would say both are pretty much a strech at this moment.
Yeah - I think TPTB need to put up a enormous sign in huge bold letters pointing to the F1 for us to be able to interpret their clue.

this does still play into the season edit that she walks away alone. It's been there all along, Bentley overload, a shakey F1 edit for JP, and the tragic/non-committal edit for Ben.

Either they do put up that big red arrow tonight, or I will have a very hard time getting behind whomever her F1 is.

Personally, i don't think we'll see a lasting relationship for Ash - no matter who she picks.

Speaking of Bentley [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I watched some of the ex contestants talk about the last episode and Ashley S said something about Bentley going to HK that I think we can all relate to. She said that Ashley seeing Bentley after him being gone, is kinda like seeing an old boyfriend that you've broken up with and you only remember the good things about them but once you see them again you remember the bad things and think "what an asshole" [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Ashley did seem to get it when talking to him in the hotel room and was asking why he didn't just call did you just want a "vacay" i think she did have him pegged at that point, and was probably already getting over him and all those VO's that we heard at nauseum were probably all filmed in the days that followed his departure, not the weeks that followed as the edit wanted us to believe. I don't think Bentley stopped Ashley from finding a guy after that, she had some wonderful men pursuing her, and I think once the got into the real world it had a better chance of working... but whether it did or not remains to be seen.

Bentley could have told Ashley he did not want to come but the producers hounded him for days so eventually agreed to come when they threw in a holiday. As that was the truth. Bentley took care of Ashley by not telling her to her face exactly as things stood. Can you imagine him just being truthful to Ashley? That would have been the end of the show for Ashley.

I'm not sure what you mean by the bolded. Are you saying that had Bentley actually told Ashley that he wasn't into her at all, was hoping it was Emily, and found her unattractive, she would have been so devastated at his rejection that she would have had a mental breakdown? Personally, I wish he had told her those things right away, because I think her reaction, after the initial shock and hurt wore off, would have been intense loathing of the creep, and she would have moved on and started giving the other guys her full concentration a lot sooner.

for sure, she would have only felt anger and loathing for him has she known the whole truth.
