Lucas could have provided a view of what was going on from his own perspective, which may or may not have been accurate. He thought he was one of Ashley's top contenders, and was shocked to find out he wasn't, so he appears to have missed a few things regarding what was really going on.

Don't they all come out with some sort of similarly themed line when they leave? They're surprised, disappointed, and could see themselves spending their life with the lead? We never hear that there was absolutely nothing between the two of them and they were waiting to go home ~ even if that's really the case.

hmmm, first, she's not acting that happy to me, sure she's not sad or moping. She just seems to be okay and doing great. Nothing compared to Ali giddy demeanor that exploded with love. I'm reading nothing positive in CH blogs. Why would he give it away that production almost came to a halt, he didn't do that with DeAnna. Ashley hasn't raved about anybody in her blog, they're sweet and short. Why are we still hearing that phrase, "No Regrets".

I think she's engaged and still with JP. Just the way he acts on the show when he sees her with other guys shows how much he really cared about her, and you can tell that she cares about him too. I think they'll have a pretty solid relationship, IMO. I don't think Ashley would be this happy right now if they weren't together anymore.

I haven't read RS blog yet today..But sounds like he is so sure..I guess time will tell.

I do believe that Ashley S is the best clue to Ashley H being happy..I do believe that she probably is with her F!..
I also rmember when she did the 411 with Chris H earlier in the season..and they were joking about weather she had a engagement ring on her left hand...

Isn't time pretty soon for her to start her media rounds again?..This season has seemed so long and drawn out.

RS sounds like he really wants to tell us why he is so sure that JP and Ashley are engaged but says some will question him anyway. Can someone who has emailed him in the past see if they can get a hint? I think he might would give us one.

He's right though - short of photographic/video evidence (which we would dissect to see if it was doctored), some will question him no matter what. Being honest, I'm probably one of those people who would question him no matter what.

I didn't think he'd post about Chantal and Brad spending Thanksgiving together without a foolproof method of verifying it but he did and it turned out it wasn't true. I don't think he'd make that mistake again. But whether RS's F1/F2 info is good this season does not depend on whether his sources are good because I think it's indisputable that his sources are good. Whether his F1/F2 info is good this season depends on whether his sources have been given the correct info. I don't know what happened in the Brad/Chantal season but IIRC Ali participated in the Fleissing by making it seem like she'd picked nobody. So what it comes down to is whether there's an orchestrated campaign in real life to fool everybody or not. This year I think the campaign would have to be even more widely orchestrated than ever before but it's not impossible that it happened.

That being said, I think Ashley is still with her F1 whoever he is.

I definitely see a set up for Ryan's return. Her misgivings in her PI plus how long they focused the camera on him when he left totally feeds into a return in Fiji. However, I'm not sure that Ryan's return will factor into her decision-making about WHO she'll choose, because she's clearly stated (more than once) that the romantic feelings were missing. He will affect HOW she gets to her end decision, but I don't see the WHO. Do you believe differently Coastal, based on your information?

Yup, like I said, they apparently spend more time together than what RS has said, then there is the issue of the maybe connection beyond the security and other attributes she is feeling from Ryan. There is definately more to tell. I have serious reservations as to whether JP is the F1 as RS states. Still too many unanswered questions out there that need to be finalized. Ben is looking more and more like the likely F1, IMO.

coastal, weren't you the same person around a month ago who also said your sources told you Ryan gets a hometown date and Constantine doesn't? i can go back and find it if you'd like, but i remember we had this debate back then and you got all huffy because I called you out on it and i said when the time comes, may i come back on the site and get your apologies? it's that time. but you won't apologize for your sources being wrong on that, so why should we believe your sources now?

Coastal needs to apologize to no one. All she has done is re-iterate what her sources have told her. Thats all. And she has said that repeatedly.
So if her sources are wrong ... they are wrong. No one here is getting themselves into a twist because an unnamed source is wrong about any or all of the details on a scripted and highly edited reality show that most of us watch to be entertained and to have fun figuring out.
