Why would producers waste all of the early episodes on Non-Contenders such as Ryan, Will, Mickey, and Ben C.?

JP seems to have been cast to be F4 -- but lost the coin toss.

Anyway, I'm sticking with low Picker IQ as the explanation for the lack of show time with 3 of the final 4 in the first 3 episodes. She wasted the first two weeks of filming.

I think I may just be being a little slow here, but I'm not sure I'm understanding what this means. Embarassed

Thank you Love_Me and LuvnIt. That was kind of how I was taking it to. I am not very good at figuring all this out so sometimes I'm kind of embarrassed to ask when I don't understand a comment.

You guys have been busy today!

Here are just a few of my thoughts in no particular order:

1. Not that TPTB care all that much but if JP isn't F1, how will they convince the audience that F1 isn't a default to Bentley unless they would have shown his relationship building with Ashley in the beginning?

2. IMO if there was something hot or steamy going on with anyone, I think TPTB would have shown it to us. Therefore, I agree with jlccaz that for each individual reason, her top men started dropping like flies and she had to move on to the next round of guys.

3. I have no idea what J means by the JP was cast F4 line either. Then who was cast to be F1? It certainly wasn't Bentley because TPTB obviously had his number from the beginning.

4. I think Ash's blogs are significant too. I would think that if anything significant happened that we didn't see with F1, she'd inform us like Brad and Ali. For example, if Ben or Ames or whoever had been particularly comforting after the roast, I'm assuming she would have written that "the roast wasn't all bad XYZ made me feel SO much better." Brad's blogs were love letters to F1 so I don't think TPTB care.

5. I agree totally with whoever wrote that this season is not going to be about F1 vs F2 but Bentley vs Ash's ability to move on. Bentley was the show for the first 3 eps, he's mentioned the next two eps, and she's going to be so mopey (or at least edited so mopey) that they bring him back in HK. I'm planning to hear about Bentley in her FRC VOs too. He's a never-ending story.

Overall, this was so fun to read and catch up on. Thanks!

After three season back to back the producers change the cycle how the date goes so dont get hang up on that 3 show date.
