I don't really think the pictures matter, but whatever. I'm just ready to see some romance again!

So you don't think that the pictures come into things as being another method of placing the edit?

What you see doesn't necessarily agree with what I or others see. Please read what cupcakes said about the still image once it becomes video. Until we can figure out who is in the foreground and who is in the background of each picture, it doesn't help us with the edit.

Furthermore, one picture is not going to determine the ending of this show anyways, so I'd rather just wait until we can actually watch the show and pick up editing clues from that. yes

Okay, but I do believe that the screencaps that they release also tell parts of the edit as well, therefore am looking at them closely as well. Right now, they are saying that JP is getting the F2 hot and heated edit.......Ben is getting the who is he edit, Ryan is getting the helper, comforter, always there for her edit.

The picture always matter. My computer is not allowning me to see but if JP is in the background and Ben is kissing dead give away JP is final 2. I use that alone in the preview must season to pick the winner along wth fingers and I am never wrong, and last season from the first show preview for the season on the first that kissing with Emily/brad on the beach in anguilla and chantal crying was my clue emily won, turns out I was right.

But JP is not by himself crying... he is hugging and kissing Ashley on the cheek. So does she end up with both? lol

There is a clear difference/dichotomy between someone being kissed and someone crying. Between a kiss and a hug though? I really don't think the editors are going to waste their time on putting in such subtle clues.

That's not to say that Ben isn't F1, just that I don't think this particular bit of editing was anything more than coincidental.

I'm just hoping that tonight's episode isn't a let down. IMO, I really haven't seen Ashley into any guy so far, not like Ali was in that video with Rpberto posted somewhere on this site. Now, that was a great first date!

I think Bently was Ali's Roberto and can't imagine if Roberto had left at this early juncture, how Ali would have been able to go on.

Keep in mind though that Ashley didn't even have a date with Bentley. He manipulated her/deceived her into thinking he was crazy about her, said all the right things, then left for a "noble cause"; it's really textbook seduction, and insecure Ashley fell for it, but that's not love. Depending on what happens when he returns, and how much Ashley learns about the real Bentley (and whether the illusion of himself that he created is at all debunked), she may be in a position to "get over" him pretty quickly. Had Roberto turned out to be the same kind of con-artist and had Ali found this out mid-process, she might have gotten over him too and focused on a different guy.
