Episode 4 - 6/13 - Discussion - Spoilers

I think the producers left that statement out about Bentley having her heart because it could possibly cloud how the audience sees her future feelings for her F1 and so MF and Co. decided that it was irrelevant to the story. It's interesting to know that that's how she felt, but in the end it probably didn't have a great effect on the outcome. Maybe if she chose nobody they might have left it in as that would give credance to her decision.

Max and Alexxxx, I do agree with you-- if it were Ben, surely they would have shown Ashley talking with him at least a little bit. It just wouldn't make sense for it to be him and then the first time we see them interact is on Episode6?!?! Pav-- I can only hope that MF would want TB-ette to end up with a pick. I could see him getting so exited about the trainwreck that he lost sight of the original premise of the show!! But, now that I've had a little pep talk, I'll try to put my rose colored glasses on (I took them off after Jillian's season) :giggle:

I would have thought though if it were Ben, they would have shown him at least talking to her or comforting her a little bit on the Roast date. Really they made it look as if only Ryan was there for her, and I don't think that makes Ben look that good then.

NV, for all we know, they edited out ...but Bentley has more heart...NOT
But, as you say, from Ashley's point of view, this is a guy that she is starting to care about and he has said that he has to go back home for his daughter. If all his other statements are sincere (in her mind), I can see how she might think that this is a touching show of him being a good father. I sure do hope that she chose someone and am going to try to not be pessimistic in my thinking-- (see above post )

Exactly!! I can't help but think that she is only getting the entire story as she's watching, which, I have got to think, is horrifying! Hopefully, she's got a great guy that she can talk to about it and he can tell her that it's ok-- it's just about us! :giggle:
