Happens every season, and every season we feel for F2 because they just don't get that the girl/guy didn't feel the same way for them. It is, however, the nature of the show.

Yes. The F2 has done extremely well post-show which is why I was so bummed out that Sean left at F3 (for which we don't have this sort of stella relationship track record :Frown: ).

Some F2s did get an inkling from the lead that all was not too great but they all chose to ignore it. Tenley bless her heart is one of them. Moanna too should have clued in after her Kitchen chat with Travis. There are other examples.

They don't want to believe it, and denial is a strong thing (as this board can attest to season after season). And it doesn't help if the producers are whispering in their ear, "you're the one!", as we know they often do.

Blindsiding .. Can be called by many names .. happens pretty much every season .. Not a new concept by any means .. The self assured and always overly confident F2 pretty much always gets nailed

It's only the part where both guys talk to Em's dad. The rest was nothing new.
