Maybe Em took all the guys back to the FS and she's shocked about it? That could be "good and bad shock"? I would be shocked by that!

Maybe in the time between his date, which was first, and the RC he had time to think and realized that he loved her but isn't in love with her and doesn't think the relationship will ever get there. Basically the same thing that happened with his last serious girlfriend. I'm really just throwing theories against the wall and seeing if anything sticks.

What she found shocking is not about any spoilers. That means the switch from Sean to Arie is not part of what she found shocking. Sean takes himself out, that is all I can see. She was shocked for many reasons. Do we know if she had a preference for Sean?

I think her favorites are Arie and Jef.
I doubt Sean takes himself out if he said he loved her. But that would fit into Love saying Arie was suppose to go.
