I am getting getting the e-mail notes also. I received two around noon today and one at 3:00 today (CST).

There is a link on that email that turns off the subsciption. Have you tried that? It worked for me.

Yes, but I've been getting them for several days. I've gone to the link for each one to turn it off. I haven't paid attention to which ones I've actually "turned off" so I don't know if they are repeats or not. I've probably received at least 25 in the last four days. I haven't changed any of my settings for quite some time. It's also taking me to a different page when I open the bookmark--not the HOME page like it's done forever.

just got another email. i keep clicking on the link in the emails to turn off the notifications but they are still coming. no idea

This was happening to me also. I was able to stop the notifications when I went to my profile, clicked on preferences and clicked the circle saying I don't want email notification. I don't remember ever saying yes to that, but maybe when there was glitch it changed??

I checked my profile just now, and, yes, it had e-mail notifications set to yes. I haven't been to my profile preferences for ages, so I have no idea how that got set to yes. Anyway, I put it back to NO--we'll see if it stays that way. The bookmark had always brought up the Forum page. All of a sudden it started bringing up the Portal page--I'd never even seen that page before. I think I have that fixed also--we'll see.

Something else that might stop this from happening is go to your profile and click on preferences. Click on no to anything asking you about sending e-mails or notices to you. Then click save.

I contacted tech support about this issue before going to bed last night. They have not responded to my pleas to fix this issue yet. I apologize. When they do write me back I will let everyone know what can be done about it ASAP. Thanks for being so patient. There are several issues I am working on solving right now.

I did it by going to my profile today then to "watched topics" ...checked all that were there then clicked stop watching. That hadn't worked before but it has now. Obviously they did something to fix it over night. Thanks!

Same thing is happening to me. I know I did not click on watch topic so not sure why it's sending emails to me. However it seems to be going into my junk mail for some reason... :(
