The clue is that she is in love with somebody else.
It does not mean that sean is not lovable
Butterflies were just not for sean.
nothing wrong with that... she is not an horrible person for that.
There is no loss for anyone.
Not sure why it is necessary to trash emily because she did not pick sean or arie.
he will find his soul mate, good guys always do and with all the ads being on this show, I am sure the line is already huge

The only thing is that I do believe Em was being honest when she said in England that Sean gives her butterflies (or butterflies in her heart was the term she used.) But Jef gave her more or maybe a different kind of butterflies that she was looking for or her heart wanted more. So she chose the guy she fell for the most. What everybody should do I think, if that person reciprocates your feelings. Jef is just a great of a guy as Sean IMO, they are just different. They both have wonderful qualities, but like all others none of them are perfect.
And I also believe not being chosen felt like a loss to Sean at first, that he really fell for her or felt like he was falling for her, but time will always heal pain. Some things will heal quicker and more fully than others (sometimes pain just becomes more bearable with time.) But I do believe in this instance that Sean will be/feel just fine. It looks like he does already, but sometimes looks can be deciveing. I also chose to believe that Em had a hard time sending Sean home because he does possess a lot of qualitites she was looking for (and that a lot of people would want) and that she was afraid of making a mistake. She had lots of great men to chose from, including Arie. But she did what she felt right at the time and that is really all I think you can ask of her in the end --> this doesn't mean I don't think we can speculate about her choice though and how she got there , what this wonderful site is for among other things. This is just my opinion and how I feel and see it. Of course I don't really know anything. :Smiley:
