I think he tells Emily this on his HTD because he is getting serious about her and as an explanation as to why he's not been dating since his last break up. This could also explain her VO about getting "the guy she prayed for and asked for and she's going to pass him by."

I mean, if she believes he's sincere in what he tells her, then she knows that she's going to hurt him and possibly, herself.

This is not a "Jef hater" post, though I still don't see Emily and 1F together for very long. I just like to think outside the box a little and continue with what-if's. For me, that's much more fun.

Yep.. Scared because she is really questioning her feelings. Very intense especially leading up to that look.

I know that this did not come up in Prague during Emily's time with Sean, but what exactly was Emily's answer to the question that Jef asked her. He asked her how she felt about moving in together before marriage? I am just curious.
