Sean Lowe - Bachelorette 8 Contestant - Discussion

As I was walking back to the hotel, I heard someone calling my name to turn around and that's when I saw Sean. What a great surprise! I felt so bad for putting him on the group date and was so happy to have the chance to let him know it was only because I felt so confident in what we had. My face really did hurt from smiling so much!

Something VERY interesting in her blog about Sean.

She says she picked Sean for the group date ONLY because she was so confident in what they had....

And yet she had to pick Jef for a one on one because.... she wasn't YET confident in what THEY had together...??

Interesting for those who think it was Jef from day 1.

With the obvious love stories with Arie and Sean, it is appearing more and more that Jef is a default F1.


PS. AND Sean does have his own place. We saw it in the intro scene.

With the VO of her saying, 'everything I ever wanted is right in front of me, yada, yada, yada', it's as if they don't care that that perception may be out there. In fact, including that VO, they are wanting that perception to be out there, IMO. And I'm not really on the Jef is a default train, just saying that, it appears TPTB don't really care if that's what some people may think when this is all over.

These VOs last night reminded me so much of Paige from SHA. She said almost the exact same things about Bubba and even told him that she knew that he was what was best for her, but in the end the heart wants what it wants and for Paige that was Jeremiah. I can't help thinking whoever Emily is saying this stuff about is the one that before the season started was everything she ever wanted until she meet different and realized that everything she ever wanted came in a different package than she thought it would. I am not convinced the VOs are about Sean, but whoever they are about it is not a good sign for that guy.

Yay I finally saw why Jef1 makes it to F1 last night. So happy because the previous episodes showed us Squat as a reason for him to be there. Seems as though there actually was squat ! But if Emily is fine with a late connection with Jef then great ! Its her life. But at least I finally saw it so am happy.


Well regarding Sean - he got the kiss of death word last night in the edit ...."HUSBAND". When has the person who has been terms as an ideal Husband or Wife ever been F1 ? I think never. So that tells me a lot more than swimming with aquatic animals and getting the adranalne date on the LCDs. Poor Sean. I hope he is fine with her decision. And I hope he doesn't accept the Bachelor role if asked.

Lori - please tell him this, he and will do much better than this show.

Just want to clear up any confusion - Sean lives in his OWN apartment in Dallas. The HTD was shot at his PARENT'S home but he does NOT live there.

I've reached the point where I'm over it and look forward to enjoying Sean scenes to the end (except the sad limo/boat ride at the end). He seems like a happy camper on Twitter so it's all good.

It does chap though that they couldn't show us a little more of why Emily was "so confident" about Sean. What brought about those feelings - what discussions happened that we weren't privy to and why wouldn't they show them? Why did we only get soundbites? I wonder if it's because it would have made him seem even more like the perfect pick than he already does? And, this could cause Emily to get grief post-show?

I don't think so. Considering the track record of this show I don't that bodes too well.

Maybe you think it's junior high because of how he looks. It IS really hard to not think of him as a younger guy than he is.

Also, I don't like what he said at the end. But I still really like Jef.

not at all - to me the 'I like yous', the puppet show, the "marry the f** out of you' and her calling him a big kid had a very jr high feel to it.

having said that - I do see their connection and I can finally see why she would've chosen him.
