I don't think any of us will ever know what he ACTUALLY said, verbatum... even the DJ telling the story was paraphrasing. Rest assured, though: it definitely was not a slip. RS is double and triple checking his sources, because something he belives to be true (whether speculated or stated with certainty) is incorrect.

I'm going to come out and say that it is his faith that makes him the way he is. I'm pretty sure he used prayer during his time and I know when we pray we do pray for the best possible outcome for all concerned. So keeping that in mind, Seans outcome is not guided by a desire to win but guided by a power greater than any. Therefore he is at peace with what has taken place. IMO of course.
