Or, he could be right about the winner but have a detail of some kind incorrect. It's just odd to me that they are calling attention to him and purposely driving their readers to his site (the ones that wish to be spoiled anyway).

In the media thread, I posted an EW article out today discussing that RS named the winner. It's interesting that EW doesn't actually state the projected winner in their article and instead points to RS blog for the info. I find the move interesting since EW is in bed with ABC given their relationship and the coverage allotted to the show (CH's blog, Recaps, Show Announcements, etc). It feels kinda like a set up of some kind to me.

After reading the article in its entirety, it seems to me that they are pointing out the fact that RS may have violated the terms of the settlement with Warner Bros, but RS insists that's not the case. The article states the following:

"Did Carbone violate the terms of his recent settlement with Warner Bros.-owned NZK Prods and Alternative TV, which sued Carbone in December for soliciting information from The Bachelor cast and crew? One of the apparent terms was that Carbone agreed “to have no further contact whatsoever with any of the cast, crew or employees of The Bachelor,” according to a statement by a studio spokesperson.

But Carbone, in an email to EW, said, “None of my sources are cast and crew.” He also said he has not heard from the studio since publishing the alleged spoiler on his blog earlier this week."

So the only people missing were the parents, her daughter's potential grand-parents. Hope Em got a chance to at least speak with them.

I have a feeling if she chose him, they either talked to them on skype or went to visit them soon after the show wrapped. Columbia is only an hour to an hour and a half from Charlotte, a fairly easy drive.

Chris is too busy answering all his female admirers on Twitter to give any interviews....LOL!! Some of these girls tweeting him make me shake my head with their comments, very forward!

He just got back a few days ago in Chi town from filming BP3 and must be leaving shortly to go to the MTA.
