Neither "holding hands" or the "date you hard" sound like voice overs. Sounds to me as if said during filming, in real time. Jef and Emily were probably lying on the floor for at least an hour or two ...

Meaning no disrepect al all *you know I love you after all our RS chats!* but that's absurd idea. Production would never stand for it, figuratively or literally. The clock is running.

They might not of been there for 2 hours but they did talk alot.

When I found out I'd be going on a date to a marionette shop I knew I wanted to bring Jef because he can make me laugh. This date had the potential to be crazy uncomfortable! I laughed so hard as Jef reenacted some highlights from our relationship and also put them in positions no puppets should ever be in. While we were laying on the floor of the library, we had one of the most honest conversations I'd had during this experience. We talked about kids, faith and everything in between, and it really felt like we were the only two people on the planet! Even though Jef's last words to me weren't exactly what every girl dreams of hearing, it was the perfect ending.

It wasn't the ending, right. Because of the known dubbing of that line for the line he actually said about holding hands. So, as we know, blogs are written based upon what airs more than or even occasionally to the exclusion of 'what happened.'

Perhaps I wrongly worded, but where I was going is that the date lasted much longer that the few minutes we were shown and there was opportunity for Jef to say much more than the one or two clever comments.

I had interpreted the OP to mean that she felt it was an either or situation, in that Jef said this or he said that, but not both this and that.

Anybody notice that of the 2 sneek peeks for HT dates there are only two shots that relate to Jef - one with her sitting at the table with the whole family and another with her sitting in a chair talking to someone but you don't see who and there is no sound.........why in previews are they showing us such a limited selection of jef and emily's dates? I think it is because they don't want to give anything away before it happens between the two of them. I'm STILL team jem!
