Remember that article that said Jef came on the Bachelorette to promote it and to find girls. He certainly is promoting People Water...don't know much about girls, but he sure poses with many of them!

Since when has it become almost a freakin crime on this board to snark a contestant?? Gotta say this board is going down hill thanks to all the self righteous fangirls.... I'm totally pissed that this board is being taken over by the likes! Want a Jef fanclub.... go start one.... and ban all those who don't worship at his alter......but while on this board... how about ignore what you don't like and save your lectures for your kids!!

Officially its just speculation. But there seems to be more and more information pointing to that. Lack of it on TV Schedule, Deleted Tweets, etc. Now what it all means is open to interpertation. I have three ideas on the extreme ends of what it could mean and one simple idea.


NOTE THESE ARE JUST MY IDEAS (I have no facts to back anything up)

1) Emily and her F1 have already broken up and they both refuse to do a ATFR
2) They are still going strong and they plan to do something on them later either during or after BP3.
3) Its due to no time on the schedule and nothing more.

So do you all think any kind of post-season follow up will take place during a slow epi of Bachelor Pad when they need filler or try to bump up the ratings?

While I think most of MF's tweets about Bachelor Pad reek of exaggeration, he seems to be really pitching it - as if the sleaze and hook up factor has cranked up a notch or 3.

I know he has to build it up but I wonder if part of it is because Emily's season has been so milquetoast? While I like the guys on the show, the season is really bland and the flow is stilted to me.

I don't know - IF the couple was broken up I could see Emily sitting down with CH to discuss what happened - but I don't know if I can see ABC wanting to do that again. I don't think the public would support her if that was the case ... most weren't buying her story the first time she did one.

Either they should be able to present a happy couple or just ignore it. Hype up the BP drama and whatever romances come out of there, then immediately put the attention on Arie or Roberto.

MF's tweets have been working on me. I'm excited to watch BP!

The season is falling flat IMO. It's basically Emily macking on 3 different guys every episode (really 4 but they cut out Wolfner's make out session last episode) with no real storyline. Arie is the only one with any conflict however, it seems to always get resolved in the following episode. JMO but the way she can go at it with all 3 the way she does tells me she isn't emotionally invested with any of them. She's just having fun, she's just doing what the Bette is supposed to do. <----- her words not mine. As of now I don't see a change during the FD's either.... and a week later she is "engaged".

I hear what you're saying. I keep hoping that they are just dating - not engaged - since a child is involved. Why put her on the rollercoaster? It's been such a short time even to date. I have not been in the situation but have friends that don't allow a man to even meet their kids until after 6 months of dating.

I heard Jenny McCarthy talking about why "Love in the Wild" has 4 couples going strong. She said it's because part of the getting to know you period entails that the couples must work closely together so that the good and bad parts of their personalities surface and compatability becomes apparent quickly which makes sense to me. It's a more effective formula than pretending to be a tourist and walking the streets and kissing all of the time. Some of the same theory applies to Bachelor Pad and Big Brother, too, which has produced marriages and long term couples.

I have yet to watch Love in the Wild but the bold is so true. The bubble exists because there is "the good" but "the bad and the ugly" doesn't get noticed until the show ends and alot of times the bubble bursts. The other couples aren't forced into an engagement at the end of the show either.

I agree that I hope Emily had the good sense to walk away with out an engagement.

I really like Love in the Wild. In addition to what was bolded above which I agree with. They also gave the boys and girls multiple people to choose from to match them up. Both having a choice and then having to work together is a great start.

The top two finalist couples from last season are still going strong last I had heard as well.

4/ sean was sent home before FRC so no need to do a AFRC. JEM very much engaged.
