I suspect Cassie Lambert has been asked quite a bit lately when is the ATFR scheduled. (something along these lines).
I believe she is passing along her answer to these questions to Millsey for his approval. And his answer to her is: "Yeah it was fine. You just can't say that we're not going to be doing one this season".

I agree. He is talking to Cassie about ATFR. Makes perfect sense.

5 digits sounds like a zip but don't think that's what it's about. 24601 is Anonate, Virginia or something like that.

It's Arie's tattoo. He got it right after returning from Curacao. It refers to Jean Valjean from LesMis. Valjean was severely punished and imprisoned for a minor infraction. Those numbers are his prisoner number. Apparently the guys saw LesMis while in London. John tweeted it in response to Elan's tweet about LesMIs

I guess but all the tweeting from tptb has been crazy today so the whole exchange seems weird to me. Clearly Élan is upset or implying he is upset over something. Maybe Arie turned down the Bachelor so Emily is gonna announce Roberto
