It's interesting to me that Arie regularly refers to this strong bond with Jef throughout the interview. So what friend would say that he still has strong feelings for the dude's fiance? I guess it'll be read as Arie not admitting to having "strong feelings" only that his feelings now are equal to those when on the show, which could be lukewarm, I suppose.

Maybe he thinks she chose Sean?

This is not making any sense to me at all. They either do not have jealous natures or one of them was not in love with Emily.

I would def. think Chris would have a hard time. His 1:1 was actually very dull and yet he thought they had connected very well. I think he may have said it was the best date he'd ever been on which is actually kind of sad (unless he really liked climbing the building).

Arie Luyendyk Jr.: The cool thing about Emily is she's very, you know, she takes enjoyment out of very simple things. So I feel like you know going with her and Ricki to like a pottery painting place and painting pottery and doing like cool intimate things would just be - would just be fun, you know? I think that the crazy exciting dates, you know, are behind us and if I were to plan a date, it would be something simple like that.

The feelings are just as strong statement makes me swoon but the bolded statement is very telling to me. His reference to them as an "us"

I found his comment about charlette dissapointing lol

Well someone who didn't win probably wouldn't want to come off sounding jealous and the one who got the girl certainly isn't going to say he was jealous. I would think Jef's interview will be very similar to Arie's IMO

He wouldn't (IMO) which is why I always found the 1f spoiler to be strange.

If there was ever any thought that Arie might still be the F1, the fact that he doesn't even read Emily's tweets should stomp that thought right out...

And, BTW, it is really boring reading a transcript of a phone interview. Some of those journalists need to learn to keep the wording of their questions more concise. The questions would be so long that I was bored by the time I got to the answer.

Good, we agree then. Everyone here knows that Arie isn't the guy Emily chooses, but some other people who watch the show may think that Arie is the F1 and if they read his answer to the tweet question, it might make them change their mind. That's all I was saying.
