hmmm, that is a possiblity and one that I haven't thought of. I still think its because he isn't afraid of the money pentalty like the others perhaps are ?

If it is deleted...that could mean something, too...indicative of MF & the show monitoring his feed...do the other two finalists have that clause?

Sean has stated he isn't allowed to tweet about the show. I'm not too sure about Arie.

This is the simplest and best explanation. He does what he wants and gets a verbal slap for it from a producer, lather rinse repeat. He's dying to be out from under their thumb, I don't think he had any idea of just how muzzled and monitored they'd make him feel.
