It's funny, because I swore to myself that I wouldn't pick a pre-show favorite. People can look great on paper (or the internet) and turn out to be the biggest douches in the world, so I avoided getting attached to any of these guys before the first episode aired. But after you posted all those pictures of Sean, I couldn't help myself and Sean was the only contestant I allowed myself to pre-like. I thought he was really cute (even though he's not my usual physical type), but all the pictures of him with the kids (even though they were cropped out) was what made me really like him. You could just see in the pictures what a kind and decent guy he was. And it's been really great to come into a season having high expectations of someone, only to have him exceed each one of those expectations. He's the best.

You have a way with words and are expressing exactly what I'm feeling I have a hard time expressing what I'm thinking sometimes, since english isn't my first language, but you are one of the people here I could just follow around and post after almost every post :Smiley: I had a very good feeling about Sean (and Jef) before the season started, and they have both exceeded my imagination Sean seems like just a genuinely good man with wonderful values, he's right up there with Chris L. as my all time favorite contestant on this silly, but oh so lovable show :Smiley:

Blonde and Muscles is never my type. I'm more tall dark and handsome with the emphasis on dark. But from the second I saw the pictures that KiKill posted with him smiling and kissing his sisters kids - I was a gonner. As i being a fan (he's way too young plus the ring on my ringer would put a damper in any relationship other than this fantype one lol). But more and more I am falling in love with seeing him and Emily interact on screen .

So thanks KiKill and Ms Ettena and all you other Sean fans that come on here and post gifs/pictures and video links !!!

Also as far as song suggestions for a video what about "I won't give up" by Jason Marz or "Safest place to hide" by the Backstreet boys (this was on one of their albums but really fits the way Emily turned into Sean for comfort ).

Of course if he ends up being F1 then "God Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts since ...well the title says it all.

Sean had to share time with Charlie so I guess his interview couldn't be as in-depth but the contrast in the questions asked of Arie was a bit striking to me. The engagement news "spilling" this week creates a different scenario and perspective - along with the hot kiss video, too.

I'm guessing that Arie is referring to Sean in the People article when he says one guy wouldn't discuss his dates or feelings about Emily - this matches what Sean stated in his interview last week. I wonder if Sean kept a lot of his feelings to himself with The Machine, too? (love the new nickname)? If so, that could explain some things. Guess we will have to wait and see what he discloses as the season progresses.

In any case, I do hope The Machine coughs up some glimpses or unexpected moments with Sean on the next episode or maybe he'll get a lot of PIs as the narrator, at least. As someone in another thread pointed out, he has fans and certainly appeals to a segment of the demo for the show, too. Seems like the he man competition should also highlight some of his physical assets. He and Doug will probably battle it out - should be fun.

I guess there are several print versions of that interview, because the one I read yesterday, he said a lot of the guys didn't want to discuss their feelings, not one guy.

I have a request for a video. Ever since I first heard it I've been a sucker for Marry Me by Train. I'll love the sentiment of "Marry Me, if I never get the nerve to say hello..." Until the finale is over I too am hopeful, so I think this song would be great for a video made right after fantasy dates as a build up to the finale. What do you think? It would be an even better song for if she picks him but I would like a vid of them to that song so doing it early alows me to enjoy it before it all ends. Thanks!

As far as the Sean/Nikki comment I agree. I like Kacie B too. I do think I would like Nikki better for Sean because she just seems a little more complementary. I'm sure either would be wonderful.
